Very comfortable house in the heart of Alki beach. Very quiet area, great location, just 20 mins to Downtown Seattle. I would definitely stay here again if I go with a big enough group once more time.

The location is very close to the beach which made morning walks a joy. There were plenty of rooms for the whole family with beautiful areas like a sitting room and balconies. Definitely worth another booking whenever we visit again!!

Everything was really nice at the house and the view was wonderful. Spacious home perfect for 4 couples. The neighbors are a bit aggressive - we had a small bluetooth radio playing on the patio while we were just sitting, enjoying the views, and talking. She came out and yelled at us. It was barely 7pm and we were not being over loud or anything. Otherwise I would recoommend this space.

If you can't do stairs very well, this is not the house for you. Bathrooms were on the 1st and 3rd floor, but Most of the living area during the day is on the 2nd floor. Other than that, everything was as stated. Nice quiet street, clean linens and towels and an overabundance of games which my kids and grandkids enjoyed. I do wish they had Root Sports included in their TV package since this is a Seattle House.

Wonderful family reunion on Alki

What a wonderful property - 4 bedrooms w lots of privacy and in a quiet area at south end of Alki. Easy walk to the beach and promenade area, lots of good restaurants. 4 levels with living room, kitchen, and deck on 2nd floor. Loved our time on the deck w mini-view of the water. Kitchen has plenty of amenities. Bedroom in lower level is great for those that don't want to climb up stairs to third floor. Third floor has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again!

Alki Point is a fantastic place to stay. The house is an easy walk to public transport. Great restaurants nearby. The house is beautiful. We had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect Alki location

We were a group of 6 women from various points in US/Canada meeting up for a weekend of PNW splendour.This house was perfect; exactly as described in the listing.A queen bedroom and a full bathroom on the lower (entrance) level. Up a flight of stairs to sitting rooms (2), dining room and kitchen. Well equipped for cooking however we dined out or had takeaway.Up another flight of stairs you find the main bedroom with ensuite and an additional sink outside the bathroom. Also 2 more queen bedrooms with a full bathroom between in the hallway. The home was spacious, bright and very comfortable. Walked the beach every morning and evening. Close enough to easily drive to both the Vashon and the Bainbridge island ferries. Host was responsive and accommodating, allowing us early check in.

Alki Beach House

I always like to lead with positive comments. I loved the location! The house was big so we weren’t on top of each other. It was very sunny and cheerful! Easy to get in and out of! Definitely had charm! The things we were very disappointed in were the cleanliness, the floors didn’t look swept, crumbs and popcorn from last guest. Hair on shower walls. Dust on some of the furniture but not all. I had pink mold growing on my shower curtain liner. The mirrors weren’t clean. And some of the linen had stains and questionable cleanliness. Cleanliness is a #1 quality for me but it wasn’t there. Also, we had very little toilet paper and paper towels. My friend had no to in her bathroom. We had a 1/4 of a role of paper towels. When I contacted Vacasa. They recommended we buy our on. That is simple basic necessities. Not happy about that. My recommendations to you are to clean better and have the basics for your guests. There were no wash clothes either. One more suggestion is that the dining room chairs were very uncomfortable and so was the leather couch.

Best Rental We've Ever Stayed At!

This is a beautiful house with views of the water and quick access to the Alki beach area. The house was immaculate and spacious. Our children had fun claiming their bedrooms and running up and down the stairs. There were so many extras in this home: tons of board games, a record/radio player and a working fireplace in the dining room. Whenever we return to the Seattle area, we will definitely be staying here.

Family vacation

The location is great. Away from downtown, pretty, and safe. House is great with lots of space. Cookware isn’t in great shape but anything we needed was there. There were only four bath towels in a home that sleeps 8. Seems to be frequent issue based on other reviews. Electrical outlets near beds won’t hold a plug. Will need to plug phone charges in elsewhere. Great communication with rental company. Shower grout had spots of mildew. Overall a good property.

Alki Beach House

This unit is big and provides enough space for people to get some privacy if needed. It is located within striking distance of all the West Seattle restaurants without being on the "strip" and subject to the all the vehicle and people noise. It is within a minute walk to the beach and has everything you need in house. I will stay here again for sure.
