Nice bed. Are firmer pillows an option? Can captions be turned on the tv? It seems like check in could be smoother if the attendant just checked us in themselves instead of having to explain to new guests how self check in works. If you’re going to make me use liquid soap in the shower you should provide a washcloth too. No drinking glasses in the room? Breakfast was great but only 1 of 4 days you provided potatoes. Why does one of the pillows in the lobby say “toilet paper”? Everything on the iPad is gimmicky and weird. Why is the gnome flipping me off near the elevator?

I loved this hotel. It was so chic, located in a perfect location, and my room was overlooking the Puget Sound. I had trouble leaving the room! Also, the breakfast is totally worth it for the price! You get so much. I hesitated to purchase it at first, but next time I will get it more often! I will stay here again and I recommended it to other friends. Just note there are no parking areas around here, so take the light rail, it’s a 4 minute walk. This hotel helped me to fall in love with Seattle!
