We love all the Citizen M hotels. This was perfect distance to the venue we attended plus walking distance to a lot of other near by attractions. The biggest problem is there is no grocery/convenient stores near by to buy anything plus the property as very little as far as if you need snacks or supplies. I would suggest you hit a store while you’re out and about. Keep in mind there are no fridges in the room so a small cooler worked for us. Other than that it was a great place to stay. All the employees were super nice and helpful!!!!

Charged $581 for a room just to be told a concert and late checking out people before me has caused my room a 2.5+ hour delay and to wait with my suitcase in the lobby They offered a free drink for the inconvenience.

The room we have is small but looks like newly renovated with high tech features. Bed & pillows are excellent fells like it’s new. Loved the smell of the room when we entered. Loved their breakfasts buffet.

Everything is automated & hooked up to an iPad or the front desk can see what's going on with your room. Our climate control wasn't working which is why I gave the room a 4. They put me in a different room remotely & rekeyed my card so I didn't have to go down & back up which was nice. This place is very cool! We enjoyed our stay & will return the next time we are visiting Seattle

Hotel was overall nice. Wish the hotel had parking options. When you call, you are prompted to a website for parking which is an online booking only. Once we arrived the hotel then mentioned if you’re staying you can get a discounted rate. This was not mentioned on the website or over the phone. Could have saved us over $50 for the weekend. The hotel does not offer AAA discount but hikes rates for events. Location was good, room was clean and functional.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location to explore Seattle. Breakfast was fab. And THOSE BERRIES 🤗 Loved my little cabin room with the view of the ocean. Felt like I was on my own little cruise! A great Taco place on the same street - Angel tacos I think?

The elevators take forever, our hotel key cards weren’t working the first day (which the employees said is a hotel problem that day), iPad in the room wasn’t working so we couldn’t use the tv or change the air, and they lock the lobby doors so early on in the day. If valet is something you’re interested in, don’t come here. You’ll have to park your car somewhere else. The one they suggest is very narrow. Overall, for a modern and techy hotel, they had A LOT of tech issues going on.

This was my second stay at a Citizen M, the other being in Glasgow. I enjoy the rooms and overall style of the properties because they are not like any other hotel I have stayed at. The rooms are stylishly minimalistic. On the purely functional side, the dependence on a tablet to “run” the room is cool in theory, frustrating in practice. The tablet did not work as a remote for the TV very often, and seemed to think the shades and the blinds were the same control. Not insurmountable, but not optimum. Also, a lack of a service elevator seems a little short sighted. The staff was unerringly friendly, but in the course of doing their jobs, (linen carts, etc.) elevator rides could be endless as staff needed to stop frequently on the way down to the lobby

If you travel with just your shaving kit, a backpack, one pair of shoes & travelling solo....this is the place for you. As an older couple travelling for a conference, it was extremely uncomfortable. The toilet door did not close & when asked to address it, it opened wider. The room was ridiculously small. The view was nice but mot for $350 a night.

First time staying at this property and found it to be very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Seattle.

The property is well maintained but some of our biggest complaints were iPad to control the room failed, batteries dead on tv remote, could only access the bed from one side, no washcloths unless asked for & essentially no menu choices were available!
