Room, no garbage bags , couldn’t get ahold of front desk or anyone, shower curtain dirty, conditioner all over the wall of shower, no alarm clock no tissue in the tissue box! Amenities, paid $50 for breakfast at the restaurant like it was advertised and all it was was complementary breakfast and the restaurant menu was cheaper and we were unable to switch, walls were so thin the neighbors kept us up all night and we couldn’t even use the phone to call downstairs

The hotel amazing. The room was spotless with a beautiful view for the space needle and the city. The staff were very friendly and professional. Mr. Milton, the breakfast waiter, very attentive and efficient, you can see that he has a lot of experience in his job. Very nice, polite and respectful. I loved my stay here and I recommend it 100%
