One thing that I found frustrating was the food and beverage service:
1. Between all of the QR codes that we were bombarded with, I think we found three different menus for the restaurant. One was a year old!
2. The hours for the restaurant indicated that you could order In Room Dining from 3:00 to “close”. It was confusing as to whether this meant delivered and/or pick up. We called the Room Service number at about 8:00 pm with no answer. Five minutes later we called again and after about 10 rings, it was answered by the Front Desk which transferred us back to the restaurant. NO ANSWER AGAIN. Five minutes later we called again and this time when the call eventually went to the Front Desk, they said, “Oh, the restaurant is closed for the evening.”
-Why bother even having a restaurant open for dinner if it’s going to close at 8:00 on a SATURDAY NIGHT?!?!
-Why did it take three separate unanswered calls and the need to involve another department to find out that we couldn’t order anything? This delayed our dining by at least a half an hour. At least turn on call messaging to tell callers that they’re out of luck.
Very disappointing.
