Lakefront Nest is a 4-bedroom waterfront home on Spring Lake — a 67-acre non-motorized lake with no jet skis and no public dock. Mornings start with coffee at the picture window. Days end at the fire pit, under the trees, with Mt. Rainier across the water. 30 minutes from Seattle, but it doesn't feel like it.
► The garage is locked for owner's use.

Spring Lake is a quiet 67-acre non-motorized lake — no jet skis, no public dock, no crowds. Mornings are usually you, the kayaks, and the occasional heron. Echo Mountain Trail (900-ft summit with Mt. Rainier views) starts just down the road.

We provide ample parking for at least 6 cars, accommodating guests comfortably in our spacious front yard and driveway. This setup is ideal for easy access to both outdoor adventures on the lake and nearby trails, as well as for excursions to Bellevue and Seattle. 1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We strictly prohibit any parties or visitors in our home. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. to maintain the peace in our quiet neighborhood. Loud noise inside or outside the house during this time is not allowed. If any disruptions disturb the neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Violations of these rules, including hosting private parties, will result in a $1,000 charge.
Ensuring a quiet community and a comfortable stay is our priority. Please confirm you agree to these rules before booking. Thank you!
- Absolutely no more than 5 cars.
- We ask that any music played outdoors be during daytime hours and kept at a reasonable volume.
- We reserve the right to shut down and remove any unapproved events from the premises and cancel the remainder of the reservation if rules are not adhered to.
2.【QUIET HOURS 9PM-8AM】
Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable home away from home. We understand that our guests come from all walks of life and with different schedules, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors' peace and quiet during the hours of 9 pm to 8 am. We truly appreciate your cooperation in making our rental home a welcoming space for all.
3.【NO SMOKING】
To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all of our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the rental home or anywhere on the property. If any signs of smoking are detected, a $1,000 violation fee will be charged.
4.【NO ANIMAL】
We understand how important pets are to many people, but unfortunately, this property is not pet-friendly due to the homeowner's allergy to animal dander's/hairs. We kindly ask that you respect our policy and not book if you plan to bring an animal with you. If an unauthorized animal is found on the premises, we will kindly ask that it be removed immediately, and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5. 【NO SHOES】
We kindly ask that you remove your shoes when entering the rental home to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all of our guests.
6.【Self Catering】
We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we will provide an initial starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper. If you need additional supplies during your stay, they can be purchased from a nearby store at your expense.
7.【Early check-in】
We understand that early check-ins can be helpful in certain situations, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that a $200 early check-in fee will be charged, and approval is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day. Please check with us one day prior to your check-in date to confirm availability.
8.【NO late check-out】
We kindly ask that you check out on time so that our cleaning crew has enough time to prepare the rental home for the next guests. Late check-outs are not possible due to same-day check-ins.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
We want to make sure that our rental home remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests, so we kindly ask that you sort your garbage and recyclables and dispose of them in the appropriate bins. If you are unsure, please leave them inside the rental home, and our cleaning crew will handle them.
10. 【Lost & Found】
We want to ensure that you have a stress-free check-out process, so please make sure that you take all of your personal belongings with you when leaving. If you happen to forget something, we can certainly ship it back to you for a handling fee of $100 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
11. 【Stay for 30 days or more】
If you're planning to stay with us for 30 days or more, we'd like to extend a warm welcome and ask you to sign a lease agreement. It's not just a formality; it helps us ensure your comfort, legal compliance, and a smooth stay. We also require our guest to must have an income of at least three times the monthly rent and a credit score of 700 or higher. Background and credit check is required. Guest may book the date to secure the reservation, but if they fail the background or credit check, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
12. 【Unregistered Guests】
All visitors must be registered during their stay. Unregistered guests may incur a $300 fee per person. This ensures safety and quality for all.
13. 【 Additional Hot Tub Rules】
-Use only clean water and a clean human body—no bath bombs, bubbles, or lotions.
- 9pm - 8am for a serene environment.
- Please shower before entering for water hygiene.
- No children under five; supervise those under 18 near the hot tub.
- Securely attach the hot tub cover after use.
- Notify us if water is below the jet exits.
- Use only plastic cups for safety.
14. 【Additional Kayak Rules: 】
-Safety First: Always wear the life jacket provided when you are on the kayak. You can find it near the kayak storage area.
-Weight Limit: We have 2 single-person kayaks, each with a weight capacity of 300 lbs. Please ensure not to exceed this limit to maintain both safety and the integrity of the kayaks.
-Children: Children under the age of six are not permitted on kayaks. All minors under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times during kayak use.
-Weather Check: Always check the local weather forecast before heading out. Avoid kayaking in adverse weather conditions.
-Usage & Return: The kayaks are available from sunrise to sunset. Please return the kayak, paddles, and life jackets to their original storage spot before dusk.
-Care & Handling: Please keep the equipment in excellent condition for all guests to enjoy.
15. 【BBQ Gill Rules】
-Safety Precautions:
- Ensure there is at least 1 meter of clear space around the grill to avoid proximity to any flammable materials.
- Before using the grill, please check that the equipment is undamaged and in good working condition.
- Ensure the grill is placed on a flat and stable surface. Never use the grill indoors or in an enclosed area.
After Use and Cleaning:
- After cooking, be sure to turn off the gas tank and the grill and allow it to cool completely.
- Before cleaning the grill, use a wire brush to remove residues.
- Ensure that the grill and all utensils are clean and dry for future guests.
Emergency Procedures:
- If any emergency, please use the fire extinguisher, which is located under the kitchen sink.
- In case of uncontrollable fire, immediately call 911.
16. 【Liability Waiver】
Guests acknowledge that use of the property and its amenities is at their own risk and agree to release and hold harmless the Homeowner/Host from any claims, injuries, damages or liabilities arising from accidents, injuries, or losses.
