The room and the location were awesome. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and the service was a little slow and long. Food was good, but they must have been short staffed that night. Overall, a great stay

The location was good - walkable to attractions in the day. At night, there were homeless outside the window. Property has seen better days. Although the room was renovated, the A/C was loud, the elevators were janky and the parking was dark and scary. Breakfast is fine, and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel is walking distance to multiple attractions including the needle. The staff is very friendly, lots of quick uber choices to get around further away, much like staying in the Underground Atlanta area.

Very convenient. Grocery store across the street. Very close to the Space Needle. Close to the Royal Caribbean pier. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. The only negative is $22 per person for breakfast is ridiculous

They can get away with these fees in Seattle

Good hotel, but super opaque on fees. They spring it on you, so much so that they have to let you know the bottle of water in the room is free.
