The staff were very friendly, and welcoming as soon as we got there. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, all of them were friendly. There was a day where the hot water didn’t work, but the staff was very apologetic and gave us a free upgrade to checkout later than our original time. The restaurant next to the lobby had a pretty tasty breakfast. Overall was a pleasant experience and when we return to Seattle, we will definitely use this hotel again.

Advertised view was blocked and the entire floor had no hot water for an entire day. They did not tell us about the water issue until we discovered it ourselves and they had already moved people or filled the working rooms by then so we were left without shower access with just a tiny discount.

It was super clean and comfy, the staff were soooooo nice. My only complaint is I would get sooooooooo hot in the middle of the night I had a hard time sleeping. I opened the windows turned off the ac/heat unit. And I would wake up a couple hours into the night drenched in sweat.
