Overall, a nice hotel. We weren’t aware that housekeeping wasn’t provided by default and needed to be requested in advance, so unfortunately, we didn’t receive housekeeping during our stay. However, clean towels were provided promptly when we asked, which was appreciated. The bathroom felt a bit small, especially for women who need extra space for makeup and hair styling. The location is very convenient and within walking distance of many popular attractions.

This hotel was amazing! So close to pikes place, waterfront area, shopping, good restaurants, and the Starbucks Reserve. Rooms and staff were great! They even upgraded our room for free and allowed us to check in early! I Couldn’t recommend this hotel more! We were so pleased. Also the building is so cute and has a really good coffee shop just inside the lobby with plenty of lounge space to chill. We will 100% return here.

Great location

Hotel was super comfortable, especially the bed and the pillows. Loved the large screen television. Disappointed no room service and the restaurant didn’t have any food that we could eat since we are both vegans. But it’s well situated with lots of great restaurants within walking distance, hotel staff was great

I stay here when I visit my daughter. Flights from Minneapolis can arrive late so I take the train from the airport and get offf at west lake station. This allows me to walk about a block to the hotel. There is also an amazing hotdog stand close by. Piles market is walkable. The hotel itself is so cute.

They “upgraded” us from two queen beds to a king and a queen pull out. They said the room we reserved was sold out and tried to pitch this as an improvement without charge. The room had double glass doors from the living area to the shower and bath - you would basically be naked in front of your whole group to use it. They ended up bringing up a rolling coat rack with a sheet draped over it to put in front of the glass doors so we could shower in privacy. The queen pull out bed was not good at all and they said the room charge for the “upgrade” was not being charged and then went ahead and charged it anyway. Go anywhere else.

Was “big” and great for a small room! very disappointed to say the least. I wasted my money. (I also did at a couple other hotels but this was by far the most disappointing, because we picked this place as the last spot in our honeymoon hoping we would get better treatment! That being said I got better treatment from random people on the street. ) this one is just as bad. Customer service topped the cherry, (no help at all)
