Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless when we arrived. Afternoon cookies were delicious. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We have stayed here twice before so were comped the parking fee.

The environment was clean, warm and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Lobby, elevator, and room smelled bad but specially the lobby it and hallways smelled like vomit. I paid extra for view to the Space needle and my window was not even facing the right direction. I want a refund for my stay or I will dispute. Only reason I didn’t leave the hotel is because I was here for work and only came to the hotel to sleep and was too tired to pack my stuff and leave

Visited from San Diego and definitely want to comeback again, Dan at the front desk was a big help with a lot of the travel tips that actually saved us a lot of money super friendly guy to. Room had a great view of the space needle also which we were able to walk to in about 10ish min. Pizza at pizza mart that’s close by is also super good lol definitely would stay here again

Great room, I loved the hardwood floors. Hotel is a few minutes walk to the Space Needle, and about 15 minutes walk to the Piers. Yummy breakfast and very nice hotel workers. Will stay here again, when I come back to Seattle.

The hotel was an excellent walking distance from all the attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast served every morning was fantastic. Barbra the cook in the kitchen was an absolute delight and such a beautiful person. Dan at the front desk was amazing and so helpful. Fantastic hotel I would recommend this to anyone that wants to go experience Seattle.
