Our room was worn out. Carpet had tears, springs were at the surface of the sofa bed, cabinet fronts had food and liquid residue. Couch cushions need to be cleaned. Lasy at front desk was courteous and helpful and gave us a pad to put over the mattress on the sofa bed.

Staff was courteous but facility could use some updates. They are in need of new washers and dryers (two of the washers do not work properly). Elevator 1 was also iffy most of the time.

Room was clean and well maintained. I really only slept in the room because I was out and about on my vacation most days. But it was a nice place to come back to and sleep and shower for the night. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions I had, plus the amenities were very nice as well.

The bathroom was dirty, toilet had residue on both the inside and outside of the bowl. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Mold in the bathroom both on the ceiling and crevices around the floor. It also smelled of smoke!
