Had such an amazing stay here — honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk staff were super welcoming and friendly, which made a great first impression. The amenities are incredible. Tons of saunas and steam rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and even cold plunge tubs. It’s such a great place to relax and unwind. Location is also very convenient, which is a huge plus. Everything about this place just felt easy and comfortable. I’d 100% come back and would definitely recommend it.

We've stayed at Level Seattle plenty of different times. Unfortunately this time the water temperature in the showers and sinks was subpar, tepid, and made for miserable showers for us and our two guests. We notified the front desk who told us to wait 10-15 minutes for the water to warm up, which we tried several times to no avail. We would have been better off jumping in the pool, which was warmer than any of our showers ever got.

An incredible hotel and I don’t say that lightly! This far surpassed my expectations and made for a wonderful staycation. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There were so many amenities… This hotel had indoor/outdoor pools, climbing wall, multiple gyms, sauna, steam room, shuffleboard, table tennis, pool, karaoke lounge, small movie theatre, family game room, lovely rooms, and parking included! It definitely made our trip, and I absolutely recommend.

Hotel has probably some of the best ammenities in the city by far. Basketball, rock climbing, three pools, sauna, steam room… just to name a few. The indoor pool was shut down during my stay to clean up broken glass. The indoor pool and it’s ammenities were inoperable for the duration of my stay. The gym…. Fantastic! Free weights, universal machines and cardio equipment galore. Probably one of the best gyms I’ve seen in a hotel. The room was spacious and condo like with a huge balcony. Staff were super friendly and check in was a breeze. My only qualm was with the tv’s in my room and in the theatre room. In my room, it appeared someone had taken the power cord to the cable device. Help came and addressed the issue. The theatre room had a huge tv but also was inoperable and unusable. The self parking was a bonus. I will definitely stay here again,
