We were in town for a concert with my teenage daughters. It was a decent stay, nothing fancy. Good and safe location. The free welcome cocktail was appreciated. We had a nice salad and appys from the 5th floor restaurant. The staff at the restaurant were lovely. The rooms are fairly basic but clean. One complaint is based on the steep parking cost ($60 plus tax), they can offer the 2 bottles of water in the room for free. They charge $3 for each. This is a Hilton, offer complimentary water to your customers, Basic Service 101 Policy. The front door staff were average.

Checkin counter service needs to be improved. I'm a foreigner and it's hard to pick up words if people speak too fast. I did ask multiple times, but I still didn't get some stuff unclear. Gave up understanding, cause it's tiring, but if I were working there, I'd do differently.

Nice location

Very walkable area, lot's of great places to eat and see within walking distance. The waterfront is just a 10 minute walk. The hotel is not too fancy, but it’s good for a night or two. I would stay here again because of the location and price.
