My hub and I stayed here for a week in early Feb w/ our son, who's a local in the neighborhood. A perfect location to walk to the shops/eateries on 15th, to Broadway, Pike & Pine for dinner/bars, as well as a couple blocks to the LightRail station to get down to Pike's Market or Pioneer Sqr. We did a lot of walking. Bonus, Safeway was around the block.Trader Joe's & PCC are not too far away either. Neighborhood was quiet & filled with mostly people walking dogs. Parking permit was key...know that you have to move your car every 72hrs. The accommodations were perfect for 3 able-bodied people. This unit had 3 floors; a bedroom/bathroom each on the 2nd & 3rd floors. Good for privacy, and excercise. Kitchen on the 1st floor was outfitted with the basics for us to prep our morning coffee & breakfast, cook a light meal, & have a glass of wine at the end of the day. The sitting area was comfy for us to relax after our days of walking. Beds were super comfy, and everything was clean on our arrival. There were extra pillows & blankets & the washer/dryer came in handy too. Bathrooms were spotless. Great deal of natural light in the unit-so helpful on rainy winter days in Seattle. Loved the access to the rooftop area- we spent some time up there on a 'warmer' evening viewing the city scenery. Loved the bright & airy aesthetic of this space. The building seemed fairly new & modern. Easy communication w/ manager! Enjoyed our stay in Seattle.
