Everyone at the hotel, without exception, was very friendly and very helpful. We arrived early and were able to store our bags for a few hours while we went sightseeing. While we were preparing to leave someone at the front desk, even called the taxi service for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Took the train to Seattle and had stayed at this property before. Was given the option for early check in on the Marriott Bonvoy app and through email but was informed only in person that it was $30 upcharge to do so. We didn't urgently need to be in a room so we decided to wait. Later, after we returned for the night, the elevators stopped working and they were reliant on a single service elevator. We were thankfully on a low enough floor to be able to take the stairs. Finally, the air conditioning unit made a high pitch whine when it was on

Too expensive for what you get - especially the breakfast. Restaurant was so so. 2 little creamers given with coffee and tea in the room! Internet was a real hassle and required signing up for a special membership and even then i had to dispute extra charges that ended up on my credit card. Clearly they’re squeezing the customer for every penny.
