But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.
3.🚫🚬【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
4.🚫🐈🐕【NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. We've got exemption from Airbnb so please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5. 🚫👞【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.⚠️【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.💼【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in whenever we can but availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis – usually 1 day prior to your check-in date. Additional fee might apply.
8.✈️【Late check-out】
We’ll also be happy to offer late check-out when it is possible but the availability will depend on whether we have same day turn-over that day. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate late check-out requests made on your check-out date. We will need at least 1 day notice to coordinate the late check-out with our cleaning teams. Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.
