Staff was friendly and responded to inquiries/requests quickly. They have free bicycle rentals but not a lot of size options (no options for shorter people). Their rooftop terrace was nice. There was plenty of space and there was a lot of seating/tables. They also have a partnership with a car company so we had a comfortable, friendly, safe ride from and to the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It is very well located to jump on cruise ships. As with many areas in Seattle there are street people. I felt safe by myself and in a group. We used the rooftop to enjoy a wine. It is a really nice feature. Staff is excellent; friendly and welcoming.
