I was woken up a little before 2:00am when the people next door came back to their room and were speaking loudly. They continued to do so until I called the front desk and the person at the desk came up to ask them to be more quiet. It was unfortunately 2+ hours before I could fall back asleep so my one stay at your hotel was not a pleasant one. The main problem here is that the hotel is not adequately sound proofed. Over the past couple of decades, I have traveled 4-10 times a year for business, including 1-10 nights in (party capital) Las Vegas, as well as stay in hotels for personal trips. And I have never been woken up by people in the next room, nor have I really heard anyone in an adjacent room, not to mention so clearly and loudly as in your hotel.

Nice, clean, and in great location!

Hotel was very nice in a great location. It is 2 blocks from the train and monorail station, 7 blocks from Pike Place, and in the middle of lots of shopping and food!

Extremely clean room and bathroom. The location was great. We did not have a car but could easily walk to many restaurants and stores for anything we needed. Check in was very easy; the lady who checked us in was friendly, fast and informative. We would definitely stay here again.
