everything was up to standard and people were exceptionally helpful and treated me with kindness only issue is i had to wait in the lobby for some time just to get a plastic fork but guy apologized and offered a few and he was puffing a little so i’m assuming he was trying to hurry so i appreciate his effort

Been there few times, this time with my best ladies friend. Fun!!! But the cleanliness need to do bit better, like deep clean EvErYtHiNg, behind dresser, behind anything, walls, etc. at least once a month… I found underwear behind the dresser and it’s never been clean behind… so maybe clean better? Aside all that, it was a great weekend.

The hotel was nice and clean. It seems like it’s an older hotel that might need some repair. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood wasn’t too sketchy. The hot tub had some issues with heating. Overall it was a good stay.

It was nice. Friendly staff, but just enough hehe nothing special, superficial smiles. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Cute view. Parking very expensive, unreasonable. No elevator, no assistance to handle luggage. Overpriced overall. I don’t think I would come back.

Room was clean and staff was super nice. I was there for a business trip and really needed the jacuzzi after extensive 10 hr trainings all weekend. The pool and jacuzzi were absolutely disgusting cloudy and extremely foamy. Very disappointing.
