"Das Personal am Empfang war unprofessionell. Zum Teil haben die sich über die Gäste, die sie im Empfang genommen haben, lustig gemacht. Und das Personal hat (unter sich) im Frühstückssaal Kommentare über die Teller der Gäste (wer wie viel gegessen hat, wie gegessen hat) abgegeben. Absolut unprofessionelles verhalten. Wir haben einmal Essen vom Hotelrestaurant bestellt und es war nicht mal fertig gekocht. "
