The room was clean, although no hand soap and minimal towels were provided. The room was obviously on the older side, but very well kept. We had a nice stay.
The room was super small, the bed was awful and the room smelled so bad i couldnt breathe
It was like they had soaked the whole room in air freshener. I also was the ONLY person there and had the worst gut feeling for my safety. I actually left and went to another hotel. The check in process with a kiosk was awkward and uncomfortable. The whole building needs to be torn down and started over.

Parking was easy and self-check in was easy as well. Unfortunately within 45 mins of checking in, we discovered roaches in our room and vacated immediately to stay elsewhere.
We did not even stay. The room wreaked of cleaning agents making it difficult to breath. I would not put my bare feet in the shower, the toilet looked like it was stuck to the floor with 10 year old used chewing gum. My wife refused to stay there so we left and drove home 2+ hours after having dinner. This place is a dump. I asked for a refund but was told no There was no one there for checkin, it took me 10 minutes to get a room code from some remote agent that I had to call twice. What a joke. If I were hotels.com I would not even offer this property in search results.

Liked: Cleanliness
Mattress was terrible. In desperate need of replacing. We both ended up rolling into the middle. Check in was really weird. I kept getting messages about setting check in ahead of arrival but when I called for clarification was told that the office was staffed. It was a remote worker kiosk which was fine but it added some stress prior to arrival.
The rest of the stay/room was fine. We booked this budget inn for a quick place to sleep. We only stayed the 1 night.
Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the water pressure and temperature wasn't consistent! It got cold, then dribbled. Came back fairly quickly but was a challenge to get in my shower!

Check in was slightly awkward. Hot tub was out of order. Otherwise cute and cozy for the price
Efficient contactless check in was first time experience and it went smoothly.
Ample parking and convenient location set back from State Route and traffic .
“Contactless checkin” was not very smooth. I was trying to talk to the “staff” on the screen but they were clearly talking and laughing with someone else for a while as I struggled to scan my ID with no guidance. Extremely strong smell of Lysol walking in, had to open windows for the whole night to get rid of smell. The headboard was broken upon walking in (leaving a noticeable mark on the wall and leaving the headboard unattached and able to fall on our heads), and there were multiple bugs in the room. Great location but that’s literally it.
Very old, musty, one chair, bed uncomfortable, chemical rug smell. Frontdesk is video kiosk; speaker sound poor. Had to repeat questions and asked to repeat answers. Drive to Village of Oak Creek.
This place is ran from people over seas! Don’t support this business regardless of the price! This e sad that we didn’t know till we got there! I would spend 3-4 times more than support this foreign company ran company! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE! USA! This place is trash!

Came here on a last min trip solo, was just what I needed. Partially picked it because it had a microwave/fridge situation, and i came to Sedona to chill and hike so this was perfect. Didn’t mind the virtual check in because I sometimes arrive late. Parking lot is tight but always had a spot.
Ice machine had nugget ice and this was a nice lil perk for me.
Across main road from groceries, gas, etc and right next to some restaurants. Easy to get to/from all of Sedona. Would consider staying again.
