The rooms were very cozy, and nice they had private spaces, like balconies and patios. So much space in the entire house so everyone didnt feel like they were on top of each other, but cozy living rooms when we did want to come together to watch the baseball playoff games! It was nice the hot tub happened to be serviced the day after check in, that was a bonus!

Ideal location, spacious house

It's a perfectly located house for a Sedona/Grand Canyon/Jerome/Flagstaff trip. Very close to everything but in a secluded neighborhood. The lower level of the house is perfect for kids while the upstairs has 3 spacious bedrooms along with a good kitchen, and 2 common areas.

Comfy home in great location - quiet street, quick drive to all of the beautiful hikes, walking distance to Whole Foods and restaurants. Enjoyed the jacuzzi but a little too soon for the (chilly) pool. Kids loved the game room! Had a couple small issues but host took care of them right away (quick responses to my questions).

Great location and size of property; cleanliness lacked

The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and just a few blocks from the shuttle pickup area so we didn't have to drive anywhere. The size of the property was also perfect for all 7 of us. A couple things that should have made the stay better: 1) cleanliness, 2) WiFi connection. We needed to reset the router a few times throughout the stay. Not a big deal, but when you're paying a couple thousand dollars for a stay, we shouldn't have to. The biggest issue though was cleanliness. At first glance the property was clean but as we settled in, there were several areas that were dirty. A plate of old food was found behind the bunk beds. Fingernail clippings were on the rug upstairs. Dust on some of the nightstands and home decorations. Again, if I'm paying a few thousand dollars for a place, and a few hundred for a cleaning fee, I don't expect these types of things. If the property was clean, I'd go back. But since there are many other places for rent in Sedona, I'll give another place a shot first. And don't let the advertisement of having a gym fool you: some of the equipment was non-functioning when we were there.

Great Family home

WE spent Thanksgiving week with my family. The house was warm, well stocked and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home for location, amenities and layout. It handled our crowd perfectly and our 1 year old granddaughter had a bed and high chair waiting for her.

We had 4 families with young children staying and this was the perfect property for it. Plenty of room to hangout and play, places to eat together, cook together, inside and out. Location is close to restaurants and shops. Pump track and trails just around the corner.

Sedona Stay

The property was fantastic for our large group, and one of the only in the area that could really accommodate it. Every one of our group of 11 had a place, including a range of kiddos from 5-15. The layout was great for separating the kids and adults, which made for a lovely stay. You can spread out in the whole house, then outside in the different seating areas and pool. Just a great place to stay. I can generally find an issue or two to bring up during these reviews, but I genuinely can't on this one.

Great house for a group

This house has so much space to play in and is centrally located to all the Sedona area offers. It’s beautifully decorated but beginning to show wear and tear—wonky cupboards, sliding doors that need lubricating, light above stove needs replacement, and there was a couch whose leg broke while we were sitting sedately playing boggle. Manager/owner is very responsive. Hot tub, gym, and game room are great. Kitchen could be better supplied and a coffee grinder for coffee beans and some local guidebooks would be helpful.

Perfect location and great house

The house is well equipped. We made good use of a lot of its features. The things I rank highly important that the place did very well on: 1) Beds were comfortable. House was clean 2) Great setting, quiet area 3) Lots of space and a great house for a lot of people. We stayed while they were in the middle of upgrading the TV technology, I think they will have the bugs worked out soon. Meanwhile, who needs TV when you have a spa and lots of great games and Sedona is great.

Home was spacious with some fun things like pool and Inground deck spa. Older home but with a downstairs rec room Cantina bar. TVs Roku did not work well in living room, just cantina downstairs and master BR. Loved the deck, wish it had a better view of Sedona mountains. Spa was great!

From the moment we drove up to the property after 6 hours of driving with 6 grand kids , we loved your house. It was MORE than what we expected ! Perfect Family Vacation House

The fabulous weekend in Sedona, Arizona

So I was looking in Sedona for a pool and spa with the ability to accommodate 8 people also I like to cook for my family a little an easy recoup spot and lunch after many planned activities. This was what I was looking for with all the extras only an expensive resort offers at a lot higher cost. We were able to do extra stuff cause we saved on accommodations. I want to thank the host for her lighting fast response when I thought I needed something and the host was quick to point out where it was. Great place for my family we all loved our time relaxing after hikes in the pool and spa. Thanks again.

West Sedona Location Location Location

Perfect location for my group's needs on a recent trip to Sedona! House was clean and ready for our arrival. Garage access was super helpful for bike storage. Internet was a little spotty at times. Host was communitive and flexible with check in times due to unseasonably snowy weather. Would recommend a non VRBO chat communication line for times when internet is spotty.
