100% yes on staying here. Everything about the place and the owners was wonderful. You will read the same theme throughout the reviews and they are true. The studio is located in a quaint neighborhood on a hill with breathtaking views. Two of the walls are windows. I didnât use the tv much because the view was spectacular. The place is super clean and I am a clean freak. You are less than 1/4 mile to a roundabout that puts you into town. I did a Pink Jeep tour and that is one mile away. Perfect location. The people who own it are wonderful. You will deal with Kevin online. Very responsive. You will probably meet Mark and Darcy at the property. One of the houses is an art museum. I will let Mark tell you about it when you stay. Mark gave me a tour of the property and local area. He showed me little shortcuts and place to park to avoid crowds. He also gave me great info on hikes and what to do. This place is special. From the wonderful windows you will also enjoy some wildlife. This place is good for a solo traveler like me or a couple. I felt very safe there. Mark is a gem! I canât stress enough what a cool place this is. I hope I am lucky enough to come back. Love, love, love Sedona and this studio. There is also a second studio on the property I didnât see in Vrbo, so if this one is booked - look or contact the hosts. Everything is very close. Have a blast!
Beautiful well kept property with excellent views of the red rock landscape. Very convenient location to town, hiking trails and other outdoor activities. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and provided recommendations for various activities, restaurants, etc. 1st time in Sedano and looking forward to a return trip
The art cottage is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood about a five minute drive to restaurants, retail, and other points of interests. The hosts were incredible and communicative and the historic relevance of the property was interesting. We canât imagine staying anywhere else!
My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was very clean and in a great location with an awesome view! If we visit Sedona again would definitely stay here!!
We loved our time at the cottage. Everything was spotless and the views out the windows were spectacular. We were able to take a beautiful hike on the trail just steps from our front door. We will return.
After being warmly greeted by our hosts, we settled into a well laid out living space with everything needed for a Sedona stay.
The casita was notably well stocked with coffee, welcome snacks & personal supplies. We had forgotten our backpack & hiking poles but luckily, they were provided in the casita.
Adequate parking. The location was just off a main road so extra caution needed when pulling out.
This cottage was amazing, the view is breathtaking and the host was the best! Mark gave us a tour and history of the artists and their works which made our stay even more special. We hope to return soon!
We were extremely happy we stayed at this cottage. It is a beautiful setting and has amazing history that I did not know about until I spoke to Mark. They were extremely accommodating and was an excellent host. Would definitely recommend and will come back and stay here again. Sedona is an amazing place to visit.
The cottage is exactly as described: spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and in a very quiet and beautiful location but close to everything in Sedona. We had javelinas and deer passing through during our stay. The owners are very accommodating, responsive, and helpful. The connection to Max Ernst is an added bonus for anyone interested in Surrealism. The cottage and hosts are truly gems. We have nothing but praise for the cottage, and we greatly appreciated the hospitality and kindness of the owners.
The owners did a great job stocking this rental with everything including helpful notes here and there. We arrived later than we had planned and the bottled water and snacks in the unit were much appreciated. The property is very well maintained, clean and beautiful. The owners are great with communication and gave us some good recommendations before we arrived. There is a beautiful trail just a few houses down that was perfect for a quick, morning hike before checking out and heading back to Pheonix.
Not related to property but the traffic in Sedona is absolutely crazy on Saturdays and trying to get parking is extremely difficult. If I return I will definitely avoid Saturday but the hikes and nature are breathtaking. Also, I highly recommend a Pink Jeep tour! We had a wonderful trip.
Location was perfect for walk to shopping, short drives to hiking, and cycling from the property. VERY helpful property managers who supplied recommendations that suited my needs.
Lovely cottage, excellent location, and terrific host. The cottage was centrally located, clean, and very comfortable. Host was available for questions and extremely personable. Location was great-very close to everything and easy to get to.
This is an excellent place to stay. The property is perfect. It is a wonderfully appointed house, everything is first rate. Perfect place for a couple. The view from the living room window is great. Get up early and watch it change every few minutes asx the sun rises. Kevin is an excellent host. Wewould love to come back!

Absolutely beautiful property. Perfect get away for a couple. Hosts were so helpful and friendly. Wonderful amenities, spectacular views and close to everything. Highly recommend!
Guest house was very comfortable. Excellent view. Hosts were very helpful and provided hiking tips and restaurant recommendations. The private tour of Max Ernst and Dorothea Tanningâs house and Capricorn hill was a highlight.
Terrific weekend at close to town Casita. Accommodations are clean and well designed with amazing views of the red rock mountains. The hosts could not be more friendly and accommodating.
We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hosts were very helpful, offering restaurant options, local hikes and vineyards to visit. I would visit again.
Fabulous, loved it. You guys are doing a good job. Thanks to Mark and his wife for their passionate presentation of the history of your place. Our friends from Phoenix enjoyed it as well. Thank you very much. Also your recommendations for restaurants and hiking were extremeley helpful. Thanks for that.
