Our first impressions of this 1970’s / 80’s house was that it showed its age, but that passed as soon as we watched the first sunset from the panoramic floor to ceiling windows and wrap-around deck of the second level.
The kitchen cabinets housed every possible amenity, utensil and need. The showers were strong and reliable. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with crisp, new sheets.
Sitting at the end of a quiet cul de sac, this property was a walk (albeit a considerable one) to the heart of Sedona’s uptown district.
This property is professionally managed, so there’s very little warm and fuzzy here. However the company is a well-oiled machine that left specific, detailed instructions, crystal-clear expectations and nothing to question.
Finally, they were extremely reasonable in their check-out requirements, which vary from property to property and can jaundice one’s final impression. They don’t “pile on” with strange or unreasonable exit chores which can make a final day “cleaning day”.
