This 2200 SF on a 1.5-acre lot for a nice morning walk among the mature trees, and only steps from the river. Come enjoy a nice fire pit, BBQ, river, or the large yard & pick up pecans from the large pecan trees. With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 queen air mattress, and 1 bunk bed, this adorable property is perfect for families or groups of friends.
