Massive room with a huge bathroom . Slightly dated but very clean. Very good buffet in general but not enough vegetarian options . Buffet had very nice views on roof . Service was fantastic by all the staff. Clean property . Free shuttle to mall and beach was convenient. No set time , if the shuttle was there they would take you straight away. I’ve stayed here before and love where it is… in a quiet area 5 mins walk from all the action. The service is fantastic but it really could do with some money spent on up keep.. the top deck Pool and Bar is fantastic 360 views.. I would recomend this hotel provided you’re are not expecting 5 star but I’ve always enjoyed it

Value for money, this place is great. At the end of a quiet lane but close to busier traffic areas and a short walk to restaurants, bars and nightclubs if that is your thing. The staff was genuinely what made this stay amazing, the way they want to help and make your life as easy as possible stood out. From tiny things like every greeting to walking you around the hotel whenever they can. Facilities were good with the rooftop pool as the standout. The only downfall was the room, the shower door did not shut all the way and the hose aims right at the door so water pours out into the bathroom. When we brought it up the staff were amazing and tried to find a solution but then only came to say we had to pay to move to a better room, so we ended up getting an extra bath mats as that was the best they could offer.
