Confusing description of handicap rooms. I called to confirm a roll in bath for my 91 year old mother. When we arrived the roll in shower wasn’t available. We had to stay there for a family funeral as there was nothing else nearby available in the area. Family had to bring shower chair and potty chair for us to use.

It's a quiet and safe area, room attendants need to work on high and low dusting, vacuum the edge of furniture, defrost refrigerator and clear hair from refrigerator and shower. I paid a 5 star price for a 2 star hotel. Room was too small for a Suite, didn't have a tub or jacuzzi. Very disappointing for a new hotel.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. Needed an extra room last minute and easily was provided one. The included breakfast was very good, biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon. There was also a waffle machine and plenty of snacks to appeal to any age. I was very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this property.

New/Inexpensive/Great free breakfast!

In December of 2024 this hotel was only 3 months old; it was extremely clean, quiet, decorated beautifully, and had an awesome free breakfast with a pancake machine, eggs, bacon, hash browns, biscuits, etc...the rate was inexpensive as well. It is conveniently located off of the interstate.

I am very displeased. I paid for my room using the Expedia site, but when I arrive to check in the desk said that I need to add my bank card for security purposes. The hotel charged me for the room as well, and I have not received a refund , the manager keeps giving me the runaround. I will be contacting the BBB.
