One week stay with my wife and 15 year old son. Just wonderful. Two bedrooms and a full basement "Netflix" room could serve as a third. The radiant floor heating took some getting used to but lends itself to a cozy warm feeling of home, especially after wandering the interesting intricate streets of Seoul in mid February. Really felt like home coming home. The pure joys of the interior design and decor was a wonder. It's not big and spacious by American standards but really highlights how much and how stylish you can live in a relatively modest space. We went sightseeing in other parts of the city but mostly enjoyed the small restaurants and cafes in surrounding Seochon neighborhood of our Hanok house.
I will begin by saying that Jessica is a great property manager. She was always very responsive to any questions about the property.
The primary aspect of the Hanok that we enjoyed was experiencing a traditional home in Korea rather than just staying in a nice hotel. We also took advantage of the kitchen and washer/dryer.
There were some negative surprises. The stairs to the lower bathroom/shower are meant for someone shorter than 4 ft tall ... yes, that's 4 ft tall. No one in my family could safely go down the stairs. Also all the rooms and bathrooms were smaller than expected with little room for anything larger than a backpack.
A great place to stay, though a little on the small side for our family of 4 (we knew this before as I'd spoken to them prior to booking). Great location, easy walk to public transport and lots of food options. Would thorougly recommend.
A charming traditional house, immaculately clean and just steps from major palaces, museums and public transport. In a neighborhood of trendy coffee shops, bars and restaurants. A great base for our family of 5.
This beautiful Hanok is in a really great location. Close to subway, Gyeongbokgung palace, a food street and market and tons of coffee shops. The home is cozy, clean and unique. The property owner was prompt to respond and answer questions. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.
The hanok was exactly as described and we loved it! It was clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we could need. The location was wonderful and the perfect spot to explore Seoul. We would definitely stay here again.
The place is very clean and indeed gorgeous! The host Jessica is absolutely great with communicating with us and also assisted us with getting a cab to the airport. Definitely enjoyed our stay here even though it was short. I recommend to try it out to experience koreaâs traditional homes. The place is also located in a convenient area where a gs25(convenience store), cafe and popular tourist spots like the gyeongbok palace is nearby.
My stay was wonderful! It was a very quiet, peaceful place. In a convenient location for two palaces
My friends had a wonderful experience in Nuile Stay and Seoul. Itâs in a fabulous location near Gyeongbok palace, Daelim museum, Art Gellery, food streets, Blue house, Metro station. You can get some food and snack, drink near Super Market, convenience store 24/7 . House was very clean, cozy and warm. Rooms were large enough for 4people to stay comfortably. We were lucky to have a good weather too. And she has been a great host with very prompt replies to my enquiries. What I find really great was the amenities in the house. The floor was warmed up nicely, rooms were cosy. Beds are exceptionally comfortable. We felt very comfortable inside after coming back from the cold weather.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place for gorgeous Korean traditional place. can't compare with other 5star hotels! Definitely, here is best than hotel.
