The location is absolutely everything- as the hotel is right beside metro & CoEx mall. The hotel itself is kind of unassuming, but very clean and room layout is quite cozy. They also have an adorable rooftop area which all guests can access. The staff is friendly enough, and everyone I interacted with was able to communicate in English. Highly recommend!

I recently booked a Junior Suite Family Twin room at your hotel through Expedia. According to the room description, it was advertised as featuring one king bed and one large twin bed, with capacity for up to three guests. However, upon arrival, the king bed was more akin to a double bed rather than a true king size, and the “large twin bed” appeared to be a standard single bed. As a result, despite the stated capacity for three people, my party of three was charged an additional 99,000 KRW for the extra occupant. I have been a loyal Expedia customer for many years, and this was my first disappointing experience, primarily because the accommodations did not match the expectations set by the description—particularly the bed sizes. To better serve your guests, I kindly suggest updating the room description to accurately reflect the actual bed dimensions if a true king bed is not available. Also, clearly mention that if 3 people occupied the room extra cost will applies. This would help manage expectations and avoid similar issues in the future. I would have been willing to pay more for a room that fully met my needs.

Perfect for me! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived, making check-in quick and stress-free. The facilities were excellent, and my room was spotless with everything I needed. The bed was unbelievably soft and comfortable – I slept better than I have in any other hotels in Seoul! It’s a perfect choice for solo travellers or anyone looking for a city getaway, with great transport links just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. I’d happily stay here again.

Very comfortable room -- the bed and the pillows -- I don't think I have ever slept in a more comfortable room. Loved the view of Seoul from my window. The breakfast was delicious and the views were spectacular - from 3 sides. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the days they called a taxi for me. Very convenient to the Coex convention center (where I had meetings) I would definitely stay here again

This hotel is close to the main street, it is very noisy at night time and early morning. We were shocked to find out there are lots dirty stains inside our comfort cover. It seems the house keeper didn't change bedding sheet and cover for new guests. When we complained it to front desk, they just simply replaced a new comfort to us and couldn't do anything more. This hotel is not qualify for 4 stars at all. They cheat.
