Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Terrible hotel. We needed some info prior to arrival and messaged them via their preferred communication method (WhatsApp), sent several messages but received no response. The room is very dirty and riddled with ants/insects. There are stains all over the bedsheets. This is the worst night we’d ever spent in a hotel.
