First of all the staff were rude.1manger said the card machine not working we will try tomorrow so tried again he said we try later so left our luggage in our rooms came back & another manger locked us out we wer 8 of us including children then he said still not working we need cash so we went to atm got cash & got charged gave it to the manager.the first manger was there said nothing but laugh and day of check out we was having a spa paid in full locked us out and said please leave the premises how rude NEVER EVER STAYING THERE AGAIN the rooms wernt clean bathroom dirty i have pictures staff very rude. they need to be given us compensation for the trouble they put us all threw.if the card machine wasnt working he kept telling us we going to fix it its there fault & funny thing is the time we left he used the card machine on someone so he just wanted cash of us which was £1500 so rude its cost us more because bank charges.Never again good riddance

Les buffets étaient copieusement présentés et très variés. Les plats cuisinés étaient de qualité. En revanche, impossible de dormir à cause du bruit et/ou de la chaleur. La Clim est particulièrement efficace mais surtout bruyante pour dormir avec. Du coup, en arrêtant la Clim on doit ouvrir la fenêtre ce qui nous empêchait de dormir à cause du bruit généré par les moteurs de climatisation qui se trouvaient quelques mètres plus bas sous notre fenêtre. A cela il convient de rajouter que nous avons perdu 3 heures pour trouver l’hôtel car l’adresse qui est mentionnée sur le site d’Expedia ne correspond pas du tout à l’adresse où se trouve l’hôtel. En désespoir de cause nous avons dû suivre un taxi pour qu’il nous montre là où se trouvait l’hôtel. Cela nous a coûté 20€ !!! De plus, nous voilà enfin arrivé à l’hôtel… qui n’avait pas notre réservation ??? Là encore on a dû attendre une heure pour qu’ils la retrouvent. Et pour finir nous avons reçu d’Expedia la confirmation de notre réservation à cet hôtel… 2 jours après terminé notre séjour. Je dois reconnaître que ce ne fut pas du tout une bonne expérience que nous avons vécu, et m’interroge quant à la qualité des services d’Expedia.
