Un temps incroyable a eu par tous ...

L'appartement était parfait et était équipé de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Nous avons voyagé en Corse et c'était de loin le meilleur hébergement que nous ayons séjourné. Laurent a été très utile et il a fourni des informations détaillées sur les lieux et les restaurants à visiter. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici et retournerions certainement à l'appartement si nous revenions en Corse. Merci Laurent! Dawn D

Gîte agréable, très bien équipé, seul bémol: un matelas trop ferme à notre goût et logement parfait pour 2, un peu à l’étroit pour 4 (surtout avec 2 ados) Magnifique piscine avec belle vue! Accueil super avec un hôte très serviable et disponible qui est de bons conseils pour visiter les environs

Bienvenue au Paradis!

si il y a un endroit où l'on peut aller les yeux fermés, c'est bien chez Laurent! Tout est mis en oeuvre pour passer un sublime séjour : L'appartement à la déco très contemporaine et soignée, une cuisine très bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité, les terrasses meublées et équipées elles aussi avec soin. Les extérieurs n'ont rien à envier : Magnifique piscine chauffée et éclairée le soir et équipée elle aussi avec soin d'où l'on peut admirer une vue exceptionnelle ainsi qu'un sauna pour les amateurs! Laurent est un hôte extrêmement disponible qui nous a reçu très amicalement et nous a très bien renseigné sur les endroits à voir ainsi que les restos et boutiques à ne pas manquer... L'endroit est situé dans une verdure luxuriante très calme mais proche de touts les commodités, ce qui permet de découvrir la Corse tout en profitant du calme et de la nature. Que dire d'autre, à part que nous reviendrons très vite dans ce petit paradis. Merci Laurent pour tous ces conseils et les bons moments passés ensemble!!! A bientôt!

Au calme, Vue sur la montagne, un vrai plaisir de déjeuner sur la terrasse avec la vue sur la mer au loin. Très belle piscine, bien protégée pour les enfants ! Bref excellent séjour ! On y reviendra sans hésiter.

Perfekter Urlaub auf Korsika

Dank schneller Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat die Buchung einwandfrei geklappt. Wir sind mit zwei Kinder gereist und haben uns in der Wohung sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind durch die beiden Terrassen sehr geräumig. Trotz 3 weiteren Wohnungen für Gäste, hat der Vermieter darauf geachtet, dass jeder seine Privatsphäre hat. Die Ausstattung der Wohung ist sehr gut und es fehlt an nichts. Man wird vom Gastgeber, der selber auf der Anlage wohnt, jederzeit unterstützt. Ihm ist es wichtig, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen. Dank seiner Hilfe findet man auch die schönsten Plätze auf der Insel! Dies war für uns das größte Highlight. Nicht zu vergessen ist auch der Pool, den man auf den Bildern sieht. Bei der geringen Gästezahl hat man den Pool auch häufig für sich alleine. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass dies eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft auf Korsika ist und wir werden noch einmal einen Urlaub hier verbringen.

Sorgfältig geführte Wohnanlage

Herr Colo hat uns sehr nett empfangen, uns die Wohnung und das Gelände genauestens gezeigt und übergeben. Dazu gab er uns ganz viele Tips zur Erkundung des Umlandes.Wir hatten einen sehr ruhigen Urlaub und konnten sehr gut ausspannen. Vielen Dank!

Eine Superwohnung

Also die Wohnung war vom aller feinsten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es war viel mehr als in der Beschreibung des Inserates vorzufinden. Sehr hochwertig eingerichtet alles. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, erklärt einen auch wo man was findet auf der Insel und macht sogar sofort die Reservierungen in Restaurant z.B. Er spricht perfekt englisch, was die Kommunikation sehr vereinfacht da die Corsen eigentlich sehr selten eine Fremdsprache sprechen wollen. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub!

Un avant-goût du paradis.....

Wir kommen wieder!

Die Buchung und Kommunikation mit Laurent lief reibungslos. Fragen wurden immer sehr schnell und präzise beantwortet. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie beinhaltet eine geschützte Terrasse und einen Balkon, von dem man einen Blick in die Wälder bis hin zum Meer hat. Die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt, die Poolanlage traumhaft mit sehr schönem Rundumblick. Laurent war ein sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter. Er gab uns viele Tips für den Aufenthalt, über die Sehenswürdigkeiten, schöne Strände und mögliche Unternehmungen. Er war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und reservierte auf Wunsch auch einen Platz im Restaurant. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt!

QUE DU BONHEUR !

Si vous aimez le calme l,a verdure ,la montagne et les appartements bien équipés ,vous pouvez venir chez Mr Colo. Tout a été pensé pour satisfaire le locataire et le laisser se reposer au bord d'une magnifique piscine chauffée. Mr Colo est très présent et même temps très discret,nous avons apprécié. L'appartement est très agréable ,agencé et équipé avec beaucoup de soin . Une adresse qu'on donne aux amis mais chut...sinon il n'y aura plus de place !

Ein Urlaub wie ein schöner Traum

Nachdem sich schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld als sehr angenehm und unkompliziert gestaltete, wurden wir in jeglichlicher Hinsicht in unseren Erwartungen bestätigt. Unsere Wohnung, und auch alle anderen von Laurent vermieteten Wohnungen sind in einem absoluten Top-Zustand. Nicht nur, dass es an nichts fehlt, nein auch die gesamte Gestaltung des Umfeldes ist wirklich toll. Von jeder Wohnung aus hat man ein besondere Aussicht, viel Freiraum außerhalb (wir hatten 2 Terrassen) und es herrscht ein angenehmes Aufenthaltsklima, auch unter den jeweiligen Urlaubern. Unsere Tochter (7) fand schnell Anschluss und man kann sich, wenn man will, auch mit anderen gut austauschen. Sicherlich trägt der tolle Pool, der immer von mindestens 9-22 Uhr zugänglich ist, besonders zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt bei. Er ist stets sauber, sehr gepflegt und es macht einfach Spaß ihn täglich zu nutzen, mit oder ohne Kinder. Die Lage der Wohnung etwas oberhalb vom Meer ist kein Nachteil, sondern eher ein Vorteil. Der Standort ist perfekt, weil er ziemlich zentral ist. Man ist in 10 min am Strand, sehr schnell in den Bergen oder an Flüssen und man kann von hier aus sehr gut Ausflüge in alle Teile der Insel unternehmen. Das beste habe ich mir für den Schluss aufgehoben, denn das ist tatsächlich der Gastgeber selbst. Ich hatte noch nie einen so bemühten, zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Er ist ein absoluter Hauptgewinn, ohne dabei aufdringlich oder verstellt aufzutreten. Es gab für alles eine Lösung, immer ein freundliches Wort und die besten Empfehlungen kamen immer von ihm. Ich empfehle jedem, der Hotelurlaub meidet, Korsika von seiner ursprünglichen Seite kennenlernen will und einen ausgewogenen Urlaub zwischen Entspannung und Unternehmung planen will, den Urlaub in Serra di Fiumorbo bei Laurent zu buchen.
