Let me preface this by saying we have never left a back review. The owner asked for feedback privately, however, they did not respond to the cleanliness issues while at the cabin. Upon arriving we did not notice anything but the stove top being dirty because it was later when we arrived. The next day we noticed that the oven was also not clean, there was still food on the stove top and burnt crumbs on the oven racks. I was willing to over look that but it made me think, if they were going to leave the stove uncleaned what else wasn't cleaned but I thought maybe they were in a hurry and just forgot to wipe it off. The Shower had hair on the wall and floor, in very noticeable spots if you bothered to even clean it. We did not even enjoy the jacuzzi tub because we were afraid it wasn't clean. Now let me preface this by saying, when you walk in the cabin it does appear clean and tidy and that is why we didn't notice anything other than the grass being high upon arriving. The yard was also not cut so we could not use the firepit or the grill because of the mosquitos. The grass was so high it was coming up between outdoor chair openings. The owner asked for my feedback privately but there has been no apology nor communication since we left the cabin. When we were messaging about the location, address and code to check in they responded right away but since explaining the cleaning issues there has been no communication on their part. Some issues can't be helped but cleanliness can!
