The cabin and its view were amazing! We loved the layout and the balcony can't be beat. The house was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with many extras you do not typically find. The house was so peaceful and quiet! Close enough for any convenience that you might need but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. On our last day, we even heard a bear nearby (could not see it, but it was definitely close!), which made the experience even more unique. Overall, a great stay and we would absolutely come back!

Drive for 11 hrs to arrive at 1030pm w my teens and dogs, only to find out that the cabin was not cleaned, and that the water pump went out. Things happen, but the owners’ actions ate what are unacceptable.I own a hotel in S FL and if I had guest that had prepaid months in advance I would make sure that I found alternative accommodation for them, for at least the first night. This was not the case, they simply said sorry the water is off and we will cancel you reservation. It is 2 days after Christmas and we are 13 hrs from home and that’s what we got when we called. Well actually they didn’t answer my call, they answered a call from my wife’s phone. They told us they looked all over for a solution but found none, so just left it. They continuously put us on mute to talk to “mgt company” after they told us they were the owners. In 5 min I found a hotel that would accept the pups. I told them I would give them a chance to do the right thing and at least call the hotel and pay for 1 night. They refused. Citing that their “management” team was unable to do that. We asked to speak to this management team, but they were not available, so we can speak to the owner but not the property manager? Given plenty of opportunities to call my cell phone, send me an email, NO they just let us show up to a filthy unit w used tampons and toilet paper all over. All they had to say was we are sorrry. When given the chance to make it right by finding us accommodations, they simply were too

Cabin was nicely decorated and very clean! We did have a small issue with the water when we arrived but host communicated quickly and issue was resolved. Area is very quiet and in a great location from the craziness of town. Would definitely rebook!

The home was beautiful as were the views. However, after two days the pump quit working leaving us without water to bathe, flush toilets or wash dishes. They did provide 3 cases of bottled water (it took 12 bottles just to flush a toilet). This forced us to leave as we were advised it wouldn't be restored during our stay. We were advised maintenance was alerted and they would send us ETA several times but they never came. Since we traveled from South Florida and Northern Illinois cutting our vacation down to 3 days (one day without water) was a major disappointment.

We loved this cabin, it was perfect for our stay. The mattresses and cabin overall were so comfortable, it was clean, any amenity we wanted was already provided, and the owners were very responsive for the few questions we had when booking our stay. It's quiet, close to the park and Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge without the craziness. The view from the back deck was awesome and we found we spent most of our time there while we were at the cabin. We plan on booking this cabin again the next time we visit the area!

The location in Townsend is away from all the craziness of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so if you are looking to escape that mess then you e found the right place. Our family loved this home. Something for everyone, from pool table, to jacuzzi, to beautiful view from the wrap around porch. Great location for Pigeon Forge or Cades Cove. Very spacious and great family meals together.

Relaxing vacation

Location was perfect! Close enough to pigeon forge but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Excellent view of the mountain sunrise. Beds are comfortable and living room and dining room are spacious. Cabin came with activities that ranged from pool table, hot tub to board/card games. Excellent place to visit if you are looking for something close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg or just looking to stay in the cabin on the mountain

Great cabin with a view

Our family of 4 had a wonderful spring break- the cabin was in great shape, clean and had three bedrooms, each with comfortable king-size beds! We had great weather and really enjoyed the deck for the view of the mountains and beautiful sunrises every morning and a meal or two during our stay. Jacuzzi was great in the evenings. It was equidistant for us to get to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and to the Smokies. Love that we could bring our dog, too. Would definitely stay here again!

Very relaxing even tho we had rain most of week. We had a couple of days of sunshine that we made the most of. Cabin was furnished with everything we needed. Upstairs commode had a problem flushing but we worked around it by lifting tank top and jiggling mechanism but should be looked at. Also at the end, lights were flickering in upstairs bathroom just to let you know. Wild recommend renting to anyone. Thanks

Family Trip

The cabin was lovely, just as advertised. We had a wonderful time and felt at home in the cabin. It was stocked with all basic necessities and had everything we needed. Great selection of games to play with the kids and the game room and hot tub were perfect for all! The location was fabulous! It is situated in a lovely little valley and about the same distance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. As for the cabin, there are a few neighbors but it is situated in a way that it feels a little secluded. Great stay!.

Great cabin

This cabin was a great place to stay for a week with my family to visit Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for the first time. The cabin is located approximately 30 minutes from the main attractions of both areas and allowed us to discover other attractions along the route. The cabin is clean and spacious with an amazing view of the Smoky Mountains from sunrise to sunset. We spent most of our days exploring the area and evenings gathered around the large dining room table playing games as a family. The deck is a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Contact with the hosts was easy and they quickly responded to our questions. If we are ever to return to the area we would definately stay here again.

My husband, 2 dogs, and I booked a last minute extended weekend getaway and it was everything we had hoped for and so much more!!! This cabin was beyond the nicest that we’ve ever stayed in, thus far!! Inside was extremely clean and was equipped with everything that you could think of+++ !! The king size beds were VERY comfortable!! The deck was closed with a gate so it was nice to keep the pups contained! The view was perfect from every angle! The closest shop and gas station were about 10 minutes away, very convenient!! My husband loved the outdoor jacuzzi and game room! Communication with the company was great and was always a very quick response when I had a question! Check in was super easy with no issues! There was a carport for our car with an outside outlet which came in handy for our hybrid vehicle too! We highly recommend this cabin and rental company!!!!!!!! If we are back in the area, we will definitely be booking here again!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Did not disappoint!

Such a beautiful house. Plenty of room. High speed WiFi. Porches everywhere. Nice porch furniture. Very comfortable beds. Christmas decor made it feel even more cozy. Will be back!
