Our family of 7 (all adults - 3 couples and one single adult) stayed 12/31-1/3. We really enjoyed it. The living and dining rooms had ample seating for us. The hot tub was a hit. The kitchen was well furnished. The porch swing was nice. One thing to note, because it’s not clear in the room description, (and it’s my fault for not noticing on the floor plan photo), is that the small “nook” with two twin beds is actually kind of a closet off one of the bedrooms. The only way to get in-and-out of the “twin bed” room is to walk through the bedroom, so neither room was very private. It’s perfect for parents with small children that they want to keep in the room with them but still be able to close a door and have privacy from the kids, but not good for a couple who constantly have another guest having to cut through their room. Note: there was no TV in the small twin bed room. The loft “bedroom” is open, which we expected, and the bannister is covered to give privacy from people down below in the living room (which was good), but it would have been nice to maybe have a privacy screen upstairs to move into place to give privacy while dressing or sleeping from those coming up the stairs or who are going to the upstairs rooms. The cabin was decorated and furnished well. We had plenty of bathroom linens and the bed sheets were soft. The beds were all comfortable. We also liked that we were so close to town and attractions, and that the cabin was easy to get to. The host great also!
