We had a great stay! The house was very nice and clean. It was stocked with what we needed. The Bigfoot theme was fun! My kids loved the scavenger hunt inside and the arcade games as well. The area was quiet and easy to get to along with being close to all attractions. The host was great! He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic experience with this host, and this fun, beautiful cabin. We had family meet us from Indiana for a get away in the mountains. This cabin is conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town, yet not too far out that you spend more of your vacation driving. The cabin a spacious, clean and cozy. Only recommendation for the host would be to supply a set of pot holders. We made a caserole and looked everywhere for some and had to get creative on getting it out of the oven with towels but no big deal. Also the bath/shower door in main lower bedroom is not set up for toddler bathtime. We had to go upstairs for his bath rather than "our bathroom". Again, not a big deal. Enjoyed our stay! If we ever come back to the area, it'd be hard not to stay again! Thank you!

We loved this house! It was wonderful for a girl's weekend. The house was clean, well-stocked and adorable. There was a beeping smoke detector when we arrived and it was fixed within an hour. Absolutely wonderful!

Best bigfoot sighting!!!

The cabin was spacious with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the theater. We watched son of bigfoot to go along with the cabin theme. Hot tub was great even in the summer. Bon fire was amazing even with a few unwanted guests (yellow jackets). The cabin did not disappoint!!! Kids did not want to leave.

Symmer vacation to somewhere new!

Joel and Claire made sure that we were prepared for our trip. So when we checked in there were no surprises as to extra things we needed. They also checked in during our stay so make sure that we had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Joel and Claire to anyone needing a place to stay in the area.

My family loved the house. It fit all our needs. It was very clean and I’m all about clean. If you want a quiet place away from all the hussle and bustle of the tourist area this is a great place. It was 20 to 30 minutes away from the tourist attractions of downtown Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Because of no closets it could use more hooks for hanging your clothes. I would have liked the grass cut before our stay and not during but I do understand that happening with the grass services. I would highly recommend this home for any families.

Exceptional Cabin

This property was perfect for our family! Having a bathroom for each bedroom gave my husband and I, my (78 year old) mother, my 25 yr old son and my 28 yr old son/dauther-in-law the privacy we needed. The common areas (kitchen, living room, theater room and outdoor fire pit) were the perfect size for us to gather as well! We loved the outside tv with the hot tub
it added a special touch to our outdoor entertainment! We loved the location as well. The property was big enough that we felt that we had the privacy we desired yet we weren’t totally secluded. The wi-fo worked great and we had no issues with cell service (we use AT&T). Our host Joel was amazing to work with! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Spring Break Trip

My kids have been wanting to do TN for a few years & I decided to do something different with them, rather than booking a resort or hotel
. I’m so glad we made the decision to book this cabin! It was awesome for them! Everyone had their own room & bathroom. We utilized every amenity possible. It rained our entire stay, so we didn’t get to make our S’mores & grill. But our plan is to book again! Maybe in the next few months. Thank you for being great hosts!

Overall, the place was extremely clean. There was enough room for my family of four including our dog. There was plenty of grass area for our dog to do their business. The theater, fire pit, and fire place was an extra touch.

This property was just as described! Location was great! Close to lots of activities! Our family of 10 had plenty of room to spread out. Every family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Mother/Daughters weekend

If I could rate communication with owner higher than 5, I would without question. Not one single concern with the home. Not one. We did reach out with questions, and the response was immediate. I wish all VRBO experiences were this level. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference. Labeling remotes and light switches? Yes please. Video tutorials for how to use things? Great idea! Again, I wish all were to this level.

Beautiful home but


The house was in a great location. Pricing of the home in the area is hard to beat. So affordable! House was beautiful and loved the setup BUT very minor inconveniences like no storage for clothes. No hangers or hooks in the bathrooms, some appliances needed replaced but we made them work. Wish the back deck was a little bigger but we enjoyed the hot tub. The stairs and floor going up to the stairs were not cleaned which is no fault of the owners but want them to know the cleaners are not cleaning that space in the home. Loved the fire pit setup! The theme was awesome and our children loved it. Loved the little game area and theatre room having children. Would definitely stay here again!

BI-annual motorcycle trip

We make a every 2 year plan to visit Gatlinburg and surrounding areas. We chose this property for easy access with 5 bikes and a trailer. It was easy to get to, we had everything we needed to cook and grill dinner and breakfast every day. We had a great time. Sorry we had to leave.

We had a lovely vacation in this beautiful cabin. Everything was as pictured and as described. The owners were pleasant to deal with and very on top of everything. One of our best VRBO rentals. Highly recommend.

Great experience!

We had a group of 8 adults and 2 children. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. The beds were nice and we loved the showers. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, even for the grill. It had a nice washing machine which was very handy. The tv by the hot tub was great and it was clean. Very nice fire pit in the back. Deck steps are pretty steep and no sitting room on the decks which we missed. It is in a neighborhood so no privacy but we were aware of that when we booked it. We had no issues with it. Plenty of space between houses. Owners kept in touch but we didn’t have any problems occur. Nice to know they were easy to reach though. Overall it was a beautiful cabin that was easy to get to. Thank you for a great place to stay on our family vacation! We love it there❀
