Spent 3 nights here in early December. Communication with the host was great... our questions were responded to very quickly.The views out the back of the cabin were outstanding. You definitely feel like you are on top of the mountain. The drive to get there takes you up some fairly steep winding roads, but they are all well maintained.The cabin does need some updates. Toilets, faucets, and the theatre area are showing their age.Overall we had a great weekend... there is tons of space and the 7 ensuite bedrooms was perfect for our group.

Beautiful property and an amazing arrangement for six families, all with their own bathroom. Pool nearby was a good walk for the kids and an easy drive for the people that didn’t want to hike it. The movie theater was neat. Definitely will remember this visit

Family vacation

Our stay was excellent. We had a very large group with several kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Booking was easy and checking in was super easy. The home for the most part was very clean however we did have to wait an extra hour to check in while housekeeping was finishing up and this was a little difficult with 4 kids waiting to go inside. As far as mostly very clean, the only complaint is that some of the dishes were not completely clean and we planned to cook several meals there so we had to wash dishes before using them Also, there is visible mold in the showers where you turn on the faucets and I felt like these could be cleaned or replaced

What a View

A beautiful clean cabin and easy to get to. We’ve been coming to the area for many years and have been so disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of the furniture. If you book this cabin you will not be disappointed! The view is beautiful as well.

Family Summer Vacation

Very pleased with the size, layout, and location of this cabin. Huge dining table that all 14 of us could sit around. 7 bedrooms (including 2 bunk rooms) allowed for each family to pick a floor and have privacy. Thomas Rentals very responsive with issues/questions. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location

The house was as described on VRBO. The upper level was fairly warm making sleeping difficult for the family members on that level. The owner/manager brought fans by after a few days and that helped. The house had a lot of activitiea for the kids to do inside as play areas

We stayed at What A View cabin. It was clean and roomy. It had a beautiful view from the balcony. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The property manager responded quickly when I texted her. It was a great cabin and we all had a great time there. Would highly recommend it.

Absolutely perfect!

Thomas Rentals were the best group we have ever worked with! This is an annual trip for our youth and this is the first time we have stayed with Thomas Rentals. They were excellent from the start. They immediately communicated with us and checked in with us consistently. They even gave us updates and offered to allow us to stay an additional day because of winter weather moving in! We will definitely be staying with them in the future! They are awesome! Thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to make memories and grow closer to God staying in your beautiful cabin!

Very nice property

Property was well equipped - could have used very large skillets. With a group that size that fits in the house, seems like you would know you're cooking for a huge group and would have larger skillets, pots. Very nice all around. It did show handicap accessible which is one reason I picked the property because this was to build a last memory with family for my dying husband. Unfortunately he did not survive long enough to enjoy the trip with us. We would have struggled with his wheelchair. There was a ramp leading inside and I'm sure they probably meet the standards of what is required to be able to advertise as handicap accessible but they were not what I expected and had he in fact been with us I would have been upset.

Our family of 20 traveled from Lebanon, TN to Sevierville for our family reunion. We ranged in ages 18 months to 85 years old. We were very pleased with the the space. The cabin accommodated "hang out" space for all of us. We enjoy cooking together while on vacation, so we really appreciated the kitchen, eating space with the huge table and counter space, 2 refrigerators, extra dishes, flatware, and cookware. The hot tube was a treat for relaxing!!! We enjoyed the great views from the decks as well! The youth enjoyed the game room. We all enjoyed the theater room! The manager was constantly in contact with me via text thru out the stay. The cabin is conveniently located near the attractions and stores. There was plenty of parking at the cabin. A few updates would make the cabin really great, but overall we had no complaints. Thanks so much!

Nice big house pool not so much

The house we stayed in was nice and clean our reason for 3 starts and a complaint was the pool area was absolutely filthy as well as the bathrooms that were by the pool, garbage overflowing , dirt in pool water nearly green, we really wanted to swim... Juke box didn't work that was disappointing as well and all the buttons on hot tub didn't work. Just felt for the money those things especially the pool should have been pristine. Felt we should have gotten a break in price for the pool as that was one of the biggest selling points for us. Communication was awesome work the people they were very prompt in answering our questions .
