The room was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Location and parking was convenient. It is on a busy road so you do hear traffic at night. Nothing ear plugs don't take care of. Never heard the neighbors.
The staff at check in was not rude but not real welcoming either. My credit card was denied unexpectedly (as was the man trying to check in ahead of me). The lady at the desk told me to try a different card, which I don't have. Then she said I needed to call my CC Co. (told the man the same thing). We both complied and were advised no charges had been denied. I let desk staff know it must be their card reader but she kept telling me it was because I crossed state lines - that this happens all the time with CC's. I tried to explain I had been in TN for 4 days already using my card with no problem. She just kept telling people the issue was their card & credit card company.
What they need is a new card reader. Check-in was very frustrating.
