We had a really great stay at Mimosa Sunrise and would give it 5 out of 5 stars.The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable — honestly even better in person. It’s designed for a large group, but even with just 7 of us, it still felt amazing and really spacious. Everyone had their own space and their own sense of comfort, which we loved.The layout worked really well for multi-generational family, especially having three king bedrooms on the main floor for our seniors so they didn’t have to deal with stairs. One of the king rooms is also set apart like its own little private suite, which was a really nice touch.The decks and views are beautiful, and sitting out by the fire pit was one of our favorite parts. There’s also a lot to do inside , we enjoyed the surround sound movie theater room, the mini golf, and just relaxing together.The home had everything we needed.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Nestled perfect in the middle of it all! Not far from Pigeon Forge nor Gatlinburg. The property was so comfortable and relaxing to stay in. This place really has it all!

Outstanding Experience

I can’t express how impressed I was with our experience at Mimosa Sunrise and with our host, Mindy. The property was not only beautiful, but spotlessly clean. Our group of three families had plenty of space and were very comfortable. We reached out to Mindy one time for a very minor issue and had an immediate response and resolution. If you’re considering a rental in the Smokies, this is the one you want.

Family Vacation 2024

The house was absolutely perfect. We had 22 people and never felt on top of each other. We had to go and find people. There was something for everyone to do. We played a lot of cards at the poker table, played pool, had Golden tee tournaments on the arcade game. Some relaxed in the hot tub, some enjoyed the beautiful fireplace. The boys enjoyed the theater room. Plenty of seating. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were all equally great. Plenty of bears wondering in the hillside. Beautiful views. We caught a few sunrises. Mindy was so easy to work with I would highly highly recommend this property to anyone! We made a lot of memories on this vacation. We could have stayed another week. Thanks Mindy! Job well done.

Serenity with a View

With the mountains as our eastern backdrop and stunning sunrises, early morning coffee while gently rocking on the deck soothed the spirits of many. Mimosa Sunrise is spacious, and large groups (we had 16) can spread out and never feel squeezed into small spaces. Meal prep was easy with a lot of counter space, and the large island made serving easy. Ping-pong, arcade games, and the home theater room were huge attractions for our teens and twenty-somethings. The hot tub was an excellent way to ease tensions after hiking about the Smokies. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for all of us, and the beds were comfy. Mindy was readily available when we had a couple of problem-solving issues, and together, they were solved. Bears were in our area often during the week, and everyone could watch and take pictures from the decks and balconies without worrying. Mimosa Sunrise will not disappoint anyone wishing to spread out, find peace, and recharge.

Beautiful Cabin!

Mimosa Sunrise Cabin was gorgeous. We had a group of 17, and had more than enough room. Kids and adults enjoyed the game room and the views from top deck! We seen a baby cub walking around at the back of property around Dusk. Perfect ending to a perfect vacation. Thanks for the memories ❀

Mimosa Sunrise Smokey Mountain Vacation

We loved Mimosa Sunrise! This is an amazing home that handled our three families with ease. We were surprised how much space we actually had with a total of 13 people. The lower level game area and theatre room was a hit with the kids and the adults loved spending time outside on the two expansive deck areas. Mindy was fantastic to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Zero issues, fantastic property. Thanks!

Great cabin, location, and stay!

We had a great experience with everything related to this cabin. It was clean, well stocked, smelled great, everything in great shape, plenty of space, and amazing views. The hot tub was very spacious and on a deck with plenty of seating and porch swings. The porch swings were a great favorite! The fire pit area was great for roasting marshmallows and spending the evenings. The living room electric fireplace created a nice ambience and both game areas were very nice! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would book with this host again!

Great stay!

The property was great! It was very clean and well cared for. It was obvious they are actively spraying for pests. We were barely bothered. The host/property manager was quick to answer any questions or handle any issues. We had a breaker go out during the storm and it was fixed within a few minutes. The only thing I did not like about the property was the service dog accommodations. I wish they would be more accommodating, but they do allow the bare necessities required. Overall it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend.

Amazing view and house

This was probably the best house we have ever rented. The house was very clean and had everything you could imagine in the kitchen. The appliances were top of the line. Being furnished with two stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, etc was great for a large family. We had a total of 16 and never felt crowded. Pool table, ping pong, air hockey were all top of the line. Hot tub was very relaxing. The view is absolutely stunning and the swings and rocking chairs on the deck are perfect to enjoy sunrises and sunsets!! Mindy is absolutely wonderful to work with. She was so prompt and answered every question I had. We accidentally left some items behind and realized it after we had left and she immediately called the house keeper and made arrangements to have those shipped to us. You will not regret staying at the Mimosa Sunrise!!!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

What a gorgeous property! A huge open kitchen/great room, 3 master suites on the main floor, no steps into the entry, and plenty of parking made this the perfect getaway for our women’s cousin group. We also loved the expansive decks on two levels and the giant gas fireplace. The house was spotless, and Mindy was very responsive and a dream to work with. We fully intend to come back next year.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our time in the house. There was 14 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kids really enjoyed the different locations of games around the house. I loved the double shower stalls in the kids room. That was one of my favorite parts of the house. The view was also amazing everyday. We would just watch the smoky mountains all day. The area is super peaceful and quiet. It would be very interesting getting up to the top in the winter though! Take wide turns! We even saw a bear right outside the back deck on our last night! Great location and house! Would go back!

Our family has been coming to the mountains for the last 10 years and this is the best house we have stayed at. Every detail has been though of to support a large family. We had plenty of room so that we never felt cramped. And don’t get me started on the view. Breathtaking!!! The whole process was 5 star and Mindy the owner is exceptional to work with.

Smokey Mtn Fmly Vacation

Mimosa Sunrise was absolutely gorgeous
interior, exterior and the surrounding setting. It had every amenity you could imagine for a wonderful family vacation. The movie theater, pool table and ping pong table were the biggest hits with our family. It was spacious yet cozy and very clean! Close to all the attractions but tucked away up in the mountains for the most beautiful scenery. We would definitely love to stay there again in the future. ❀
