We could not use the jazuzzi in the master bedroom because the water would only get luke warm at best after running for 8 minutes. The blender would work twice then would stop working until the next day. The trash bins were full by Wednesday. We contacted the host and no one came for the trash for 2 days until I told them again on Friday and then someone showed up late Friday evening. By then we had about eight bags of trash in the kitchen. There was a leak under the sink in the upstairs bedroom that ruined a pack of toilet paper. I contacted the host and they said they would reach out to us with the next steps and they did not and no one came to address the problem. The shower in the bathroom off the kitchen was missing half the shower door and those guest showered all week with half a door but it worked. There are multiple shelves missing from the refrigerator door which cut down on a lot of storage space. Other than that the stay was wonderful. The cabin was lovely and the view was amazing. The fire pit was very nice as well. So overall I still rate it a 5. The host was very sweet, professional, and responded very promptly when contacted. I would certainly recommend a vacation in this lovely cabin.

The home was very nice. The only problem we had was the WiFi is spotty in the movie room. There is a dvd player however so bring dvds if you plan to enjoy this room.

I searched for hours on Vrbo to find just the right place. This one is amazing and has everything! First floor bedroom for our parents, only a few small steps in to the property, the most beautiful view of the mountains from the front porch with rocking chairs and a swing, a pool, firepit, hot tub, theater room, pool table, secluded but still close to things I mean this place was amazing at had it all!! Communication with management was fast through booking and the stay so helpful. We can not wait to come back!

The property was exactly as it was in the pictures. Welcoming and comfortable! Host was excellent in answering questions and addressing our small issue. The driveway was a bit steeper than anticipated, but our SUV handled it with no issues. Would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful view! the pool was amazing to come home to after a long day hiking. I would recommend they get more items for the kitchen..would be nice to have Tupperware to store food in. And the spoons are gigantic, we went and bought plastic ones.

Great Time in the Smoky Mountains

We had a great stay in Sevierville at a great house! Spend half the time exploring the Smoky Mountains, the Sevierville area and half the time enjoying the rental. The house was wonderful and the pool was a great escape from the heat of the summer. Couldn’t have not ask for better lodging, spacious clean rooms. Definitely 5 stars!

Lovely property with incredible view and great amenities. My grandchildren loved the pool, pool table, and air hockey table. The fire pit with swings is a great place to gather, chat, and relax. Yes, we did have a fire in July and roasted hot dogs and made smores.

Ideal location. Close to town but mountain feel and scenic. Loved each bedroom had it own bathroom. The pool and swings with Fire pit was a hit for all. The theater room was a bonus! Our family of 6 and one yr old grandbaby had a wonderful stay.

What a relaxing place to stay!

We loved our stay at this cabin! It was relaxing away from all the hustle and bustle.The pool was hands down our favorite along with the movie theater! Beds were comfortable and loved having our own bathroom for each bedroom.

We absolutely loved staying here! We took 2 boats & the guys went fishing every day while us ladies stayed by the pool! The theater/ game room was also a hit for all of us! The porch has amazing views of the mountains, which is where we spent the majority of our time!

Review

Great communication with the host. We sent over some pictures due to some things in the cabin needing to be replaced. Hot tub was dirty but was immediately taken care of and we used it thereafter. We worked around those matters and it did not stop us from enjoying our stay at the cabin!
