TIPPY TOP est un magnifique niveau Ă  trois niveaux (3), 6 chambres avec 2 chambres Ă  chaque niveau, 4 chambres King, 1 chambre Queen, 1 Ă  4 lits superposĂ©s) 4 salles de bain 3600 sq. Ft. Custom construit vĂ©ritable cabane en rondins situĂ© dans Shagbark une communautĂ© fermĂ©e gardĂ©e environ. 6 milles de la promenade au feu # 3 Ă  Pigeon Forge. La vue depuis la cabine est spectaculaire, d'oĂč son nom. Le terrain sur lequel se trouve Tippy Top s'Ă©tend sur 3 hectares au sommet d'une crĂȘte, ce qui vous procure une grande intimitĂ© tout en vous permettant de marcher autour de la cabine sans craindre des dĂ©nivelĂ©s abrupts, permettant aux enfants et Ă  toute la famille de se dĂ©placer dans la cabine. Le bain Ă  remous se trouve derriĂšre la cabine face aux montagnes avec une vue paradisiaque sur les montagnes. Pour les nuits plus fraĂźches, il y a 2 cheminĂ©es Ă  gaz, l'une au niveau de la grande salle principale et l'autre au niveau de la salle de jeux. La cabine dispose de 4 chambres de maĂźtre king suites avec salles de bains au 3Ăšme niveau, il y a une chambre king spectaculaire avec un mur de fenĂȘtres entourant un grand jacuzzi avec une vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes avec cheminĂ©e pour les soirĂ©es romantiques plus fraĂźches. La cuisine et la salle Ă  manger sont entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©es, allant de la vaisselle Ă  la verrerie en passant par les casseroles et poĂȘles, avec tous les petits appareils qui en font une excellente cuisine. Si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez griller au gaz, profitez de la vue pendant que vous prĂ©parez le repas en famille aprĂšs une journĂ©e complĂšte de visite de tous les sites de Pigeon Forge et du parc national de Gatlinburg Smoky Mountain. Great property! Highly recommend for any large family gathering. Beautiful home. Convenient location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only complaint was no hanging closet available in main floor master so had to lay clothes over side of tub. Closets is there but locked. Owner and maintenance person were great to deal with. Easy in/out. Hope to stay again next year!

Our stay was so amazing! The cabin was absolutely beautiful and view was perfect! We had plenty of room for everyone and the cabin was fully equipped with everything we needed, the check in process was super easy and owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this cabin.

Our stay was very relaxing! The cabin was at the top of the mountain with a beautiful view! The area was very quiet and we felt secluded. The rooms were open and spacious. While our kids stayed up all night playing games and charades downstairs, we did not hear any noise upstairs! Each room was fully stocked with all necessities. The host, Mark, supplied us with all the information necessary and we never needed to ask for anything. The cabin was perfect for our long weekend. Next time we would love to stay longer!

This property is spectacular! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. This very comfortably accommodated our party of 14. It is clean and very well stocked. The layout couldn’t have been better with plenty of space for all. The 2 decks have breathtaking views of the mountains, and we even got to see a bear 2 days in a row. Mark was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would absolutely recommend this place!

R&R Guaranteed!

Not only was this home amazing, but so was Mark! This home guarantees a weight to be lifted from everyday stress. From the moment you park the stress melts away. The views are stunning, the home is gorgeous and every detail has been thought out. From the rustic (and extremely comfortable beds) and furniture, the game room, jacuzzi, beautiful restrooms to the gorgeous kitchen, you will not be disappointed! This was such a nice place for us to gather with loved ones we had not seen in a long while. When we had anything to discuss, Mark was prompt and so helpful. It was hard to come off of the mountain and back to reality. You can't go wrong with this gorgeous property...the only problem is that you will not want to leave!

Perfect mountain getaway

The house was beautiful and very clean. The house was fully stocked with everything you will need. Our family enjoyed the beautiful wrap around deck with amazing views, coffee in the morning and drinks at night. We had plans to leave during the days to go exploring and have dinner out, but we enjoyed being at the house so much we stayed there most of our trip.I highly recommend this vacation home, we will definitely book again if we vacation in Tennessee in the future.

Christmas Getaway

This home was perfect. We put all the teen/young adults downstairs in those 3 bedrooms with all the games which was PERFECT. Then we put the couples up on the main floor and upstairs and we couldn't have asked for better. The only thing is I would pack your hair dryers, other than that everything you could need is there and there are 2 laundry rooms which is great. I could've just stayed at the cabin and would've been content.

The view from Tippy Top is stunning!

We had stayed in the original Tippy Top in 2021 before it was lost to the wildfires. We came back to stay at the new cabin because Mark is a great homeowner and host. The old Tippy Top was Great, but this new Tippy Top that Mark completed last month is SPECTACULAR. The design and open space is awesome and the views from all rooms are breathtaking. The finishes and decor are top notch the mattresses are very comfortable. We always enjoy coming to the mountains and Tippy Top is our families new choice for making memories that the family will have for a lifetime.

Amazing views!

When we first pulled in and saw this brand new, real log cabin with the fabulous mountain views, my fiancee and I were amazed. But that was only the beginning! The porches were perfect for a large gathering and for relaxing, the kids enjoyed the game room with pool table and air hockey. Views, views, views from every room. Mark was an experienced host that answered all our questions in a timely manner and thought of all the little details. The experience was phenomenal, we're even planning on our next trip to Florida to stay at his beach house this summer. 5 stars all the way!

Amazing experience

Tippy Top was awesome. The cabin layout and amenities were perfect for our group. We have found our family cabin in the smokies for our visits. Thank you Mark for sharing your paradise in the mountains. When we first pulled in and saw this brand New real log cabin with these fabulous mountain views we were in amazed. But that's was just the start of this custom large lock cabin. The porches were so big and great for gathering and relaxing

Great Trip!!!!

We traveled with a group of 10 people(5 couples). The cabin is brand new and very big. With 3 levels with mountain views, huge porches that wrap around the cabin on the main level. The kitchen is stock very well and again plenty of room and cabinet and cooking space. The lower level has has 3 bedrooms and game room on the back porch a large hot tub for relaxing. VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS. Plenty of parking. Mark the owner was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed and answered all of our question during the reservation process thru our stay. We can't wait to comeback and visit again.

Great getaway

The cabin was spacious and well equipped. The cleanliness was pretty good - clearly under beds and under furniture had not been cleaned but overall was great. Everything was in working condition kitchen was well equipped and outdoor space was great. beautiful views and sunsets

This home was beautiful, but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness and the bedspace. We never did figure out the 2 convertible Queen beds listed. Further, the bunk beds were not useable for adults. The mattresses were springs and fell through in the middle. ALL of the bathtubs and the showers had to be cleaned out. There was hair in the downstairs bathroom. The downstairs fridge was not cleaned out from previous tenants. The downstairs level did not appear to have been cleaned at all. The floors had popcorn ,chips and cheezits on it. There was dust and cobwebs all over the bedrooms and under the top bunks. The outlets did not work either. The middle level was good for the most part, but the bench on the table had a leg that was broken off previously and glued back. When we arrived at the property, we were able to reach the owner to try and get in. The code we were given did not work, nor 6 or 7 others he gave us to try. Luckily another door was left open to get in. However, we had to leave that door unlocked when we left, which made us very uncomfortable about our belongings and our safety when re-entering the home. We also contacted the owner about the television in the middle level, which did not work. He said he would call the cable provider to fix the next day, but he did not. He also did not follow up with us the following day. .When I emailed about the cleanliness concerns and the code to the door, he ignored the cleanliness concern altogether. We are in a pandemic and used a cabin in hopes that it would be a better choice. However, it appears that the cleaning company does not do a good job and they leave some spaces untouched. Im very discouraged about the cleanliness and safety. When we expressed concern, we were told it was safe up there and not to be worried. That is not sufficient, as we were a group of women traveling . The home itself was beautiful, but the quality of cleaning and responsiveness of the owner was very disappointing.

Family holiday vacation

This was our first mountain holiday vacation with a family of 15 (ages 8-62) and it was an awesome! The cabin was prefect. It was very clean, well stocked and gorgeous, not to mention the location and views which were amazing. The game room was the hot spot for everyone as well as the jacuzzi. We had an issue upon arrival with the water heater in which I made one phone call to Kristie and she took care of everything and we never had another issue. She was amazing. She kept me updated and went above and beyond to accommodate us on this trip. The service man who came out was also very friendly, efficient and resolved the issue first trip. Overall, this was a great trip and the cabin is perfect for a large family. We are already making plans to return next year and will definitely choose Tippy Top again.

This is a very nice place. The only thing I would suggest for the next group, set shower times. We definitely had to get a system going or the hot water ran out quick. Other than that we had an awesome time.

Fantastic Thanksgiving Stay

We spent 4 nights at Tippy Top Thanksgiving Weekend with a group of 10 adult family members and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and very well stocked with everything you’d need (bring your own toiletries). A short 10-15 minute drive into the heart of Pigeon Forge or beautiful Wears Valley. We found the room accommodations perfect for 10 adults, and if mixed with kiddos, would work for a few more.

Beautiful view and great location

We visited Pigeon Forge to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday. The house was in a good location and the view was beautiful. The only complaint is that the house was not cleaned properly. There was dust everywhere and the bathrooms didn't appear to have been cleaned very well. But we still had a great time with family and friends!!

Family Vacation

Overall a great experience. Location was great with amazing views. We were able to see a bear during our time. Having two beds and bathroom on main floor was nice as we had our grandmother with us. A deep clean of the property is needed as there is a lot of dust sitting on base boards and light fixtures. Also one frying pan and no baking sheets in kitchen so cooking breakfast for 10 was very difficult. Would recommend they purchase a few more items for the kitchen. Hot Water for showers is very limited. Owners were very responsive. Appreciated the gated community.
