Our stay in Seville was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The apartment was comfortable and just the right size for two people, with everything we needed to relax after long days of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the middle of a vibrant area filled with great bars and restaurants, yet still quiet enough to unwind.What really made it ideal was how walkable everything was. All the major sights and attractions were just a short stroll away, making it incredibly easy to experience the best of the city without ever needing transportation. It was the perfect home base for enjoying Seville’s energy, food, and charm.

The apartment was very comfortable for our stay in Seville. The clothes washer/dryer was a very welcomed part of the apartment. The location couldn't have been better as there was a mini- grocery store 1/2 block away, bus stops about 1 block away and many historic sites within easy walking distance. There are a plethora of bars within walking distance for tapas. I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to visit Seville.

We had a wonderful stay in Sevilla! Our host, Arancha, was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our visit, and her home is beautifully decorated with thoughtful details that truly made us feel welcome. The bedroom upstairs was perfect and provided us with a restful night's sleep.However, we did have one issue: the sofa mattress in the living area was quite uncomfortable. When open the steel bars crush your back when you lay down, it made it a very restless sleep. In its current state, the apartment might not comfortably sleep four people if alternative sleeping arrangements are not made.Overall, despite this drawback, we appreciated Arancha’s warm hospitality and the charm of the home. We hope our feedback helps future guests have an even better experience. Thank you!

Absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for the 2 of us during our stay. Everything you need for a perfect stay was readily available.For an house to be so good the only minor gripe - the shower tiles need a good clean. The grouting was dirty. The rest of the house was immaculate

Sevilla is a special place.

The location is central to all the major attractions, several Bodegas near by make for all the food and drink options you could hope for. The host supplied apartment and dining tips were spot on and helpful. Our suggestion to others would be…eat, drink and explore, such a great city.

In the heart on Seville !

Can not say enough good about this property! Perfect base for my daughter and me. We were able to do day tour right from Seville to Rock of Gibraltar. As well as spend two days exploring Seville. Our stay was at beginning of Semana Santa (Holy week) , so glad we were able to experience this. And it spite of processions outside , our accommodation was very peaceful & quiet.Would definitely recommend.

The location is probably the very best Sevilla has to offer. We were within five minutes of each place on our list of must visits. The host was very helpful and good and her apartment was well appointed and comfortable. We will never stay anywhere else when we revisit Seville. Don’t miss the bar/ tapas at Antonio Romero’s 29 steps away.

Nice stay in Sevilla Center

The apartment is very well located with easy walking access to the Cathedral, Giralda and Alcazar. There are multiple restaurants, bars and stores within walking distance and the neighborhood has a great vibe. For us, the space was a little tight as I am over six feet tall and the loft and bathroom have lower ceilings. But overall a nice place and great location.

Very nice, great location. If you are over six feet tall, you may bump your head in the loft bedroom, but otherwise this apartment is ideal for exploring Seville. Quiet, comfortable and nicely appointed.

We stayed in this apartment for 8 days. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to explore Seville on foot. You’re near La Maestranza (bull ring), the river Guadalquivir, and a plethora of shops. No onsite parking available. You would need to park in the car park which is a 5 min walk from the apartment. The apartment has everything you need in terms of amenities: double bed (not king), washing machine, stove top, fridge, microwave and coffee machine etc. The cons were: you don’t get a TV in the bedroom, the stairs to the bedroom are slightly too steep and you could not take a suitcase upstairs. If you have mobility issues, it would be a challenge. The sofa bed was bit hard and you often feel the frame sticking in the back. The ceiling in the bedroom was a bit low, anyone over 5”5” would need to duck in order to enter the room. The air con wasn’t able to cool the apartment by itself, so we had to utilise the fan to cool down. The apartment could benefit from more natural light. The dryer shrank some of our clothes and it was set to the lowest setting. Host always responded to questions we had especially during our power cut. Other than that, it was adequate for our needs.

Great location- otherwise terrible experience.

This was the worst rental I have had, to the point that we left a night early. The rental was so hot, it had an awful smell, the dryer shrank our clothing and we had a cockroach in our room. The bed was also incredibly itchy. The owner was to call us back with help with the dryer and never did. The location was amazing, but not worth it.
