The hotel is kept at a balmy 25degrees, the bedroom was warm even when we turned on the in room air. We opened the window but that became incredibly noisy. Overall we had 2 terrible nights trying to sleep. The room and amenities were actually quite nice. The staff were very helpful and gave good directions. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the added extra touches including good shower gel and in room refrigerator with drinks. It is just a shame about the heat and the noise. Location was well suited for getting to the central areas however had to walk through the very popular nightclub crowds next door. (note nightclub / bar noise surprisingly did not contribute to room noise, that was all hotel staff / cleaners having conversations in the coridoors)

This is a lovely hotel to stay in Seville. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We got a welcome bottle of bubbly and a free mini bar in the room. This was filled every day - not very often this happens. The hotel is very central to the main area and very easy to get to. I would recommend the hotel to anyone for a stay in the City
