Fantastic accommodation with free private parking in the same building. Located 5 MINUTES FROM the BASILICA OF the MACARENA, a 10-minute walk from the MAGICAL ISLAND (ideal for families)and the Parliament of Andalusia. Very close to the old part of the [hidden] apartment is very close to leisure areas, playgrounds, pharmacies and bus stops. Very well connected to the airport (San Pablo), train station (Santa Justa) and buses (Plaza de Armas). Upon accessing the apartment, we enter directly into a spacious and bright living room that has a sofa bed, a side table, a smart TV and an armchair. It also has a folding table for 5 guests.Right next to the living room is the Italian design kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need and with an American refrigerator. It also has large windows that overlook an interior patio.From the living room we can access the two bedrooms and bathroom (complete with bathtub). One of the bedrooms has a double bed, built-in closet and work area. The other has a triple bunk bed, table, and built-in closet. The garage space is very spacious, perfect for vehicles and [hidden] great apartment in a perfect area to get to know Seville! The garage entrance has a tricky [hidden] do not recommend it for non-fordable size carsCars longer or wide than normal can hardly get in1
