Appartement fonctionnel avec belle terrasse trÚs bien placé

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cet appartement Ă  la fois bien placĂ© et calme, dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t. Par chance, nous avons pu nous tenir quelques heures par jour sur la terrasse malgrĂ© le fait que nous soyons en janvier et que le soleil y arrive entre 10h et 14h30 Ă  cette saison. Seul bĂ©mol indĂ©pendant des propriĂ©taires : les personnes fumant dans la cour sous la fenĂȘtre de la chambre Ă  coucher empĂȘchant de l'ouvrir. Appartement qui se chauffe bien en hiver, sauf salle de bain et cuisine. Mais la plupart des locations ont sĂ»rement lieu au moment oĂč l'on recherche la fraĂźcheur Ă  SĂ©ville !

Fantastic location and well kept appartment in the old town area of the City.Great for restaurants, bars and shops and only 5 minute walk from the Cathedral historical area.A minor issue very quickly and efficiently dealt with by Manuel and the Veoappartment team so very hsppy with local support and service.Highly recommended.

Wonderful time at this property. Very roomy and attractive throughout. Extra points for the shower and bountiful hot water. After several days of unseasonable rain, we enjoyed several nights in the open air on the upper deck. We occasionally heard occupants from adjoining units, but heard no noise at all from the street. The rep from the management company was waiting for us when we arrived. Part way through our stay, I noticed a second rep greeting another client/customer with a rental in the same building, so they must be very consistent and attentive. We highly recommend this Vrbo property.

Hi, The apartment was exactly as shown. Lovely easy to get around neighborhood. We didn’t need a taxi until we left at the end of our stay. Lots of great restaurants very close. Very safe.

Amazing location close to major sites like cathedral, but on a very quiet street. Very comfortable with a great rooftop terrace. Perfect for drinking wine in the evening. Great view of cathedral too.

Beautiful apartment in Old Seville

This beautifully renovated apartment is located in the oldest part of the city and very close to the Cathedral. It is convenient for everything yet very quiet. It is very well appointed and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The large rooftop terrace was very welcome and a fantastic place to sit with amazing views. All communication with the host and the rental company was dealt with promptly. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Great place in the heart of Santa Cruz

We had a great stay at this apartment! They were very communicative prior to our stay, and I appreciated that they met us there to show us how to get in, use the keys, etc. The location was perfect and easy to access many things on foot.

A great spot to experience old Sevilla

The liveliness of the city is evident as you drive through the neighborhood to get to the property. You're living among the top tourist spots in the city. Markets are nearby, laundries, too, if you have more to do than the apartment washer can handle. Great eateries are aims the corner. And if you want to savor the city from the rooftop terrazzo, but enjoy some quiet as you do, it's right upstairs. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful Seville

We loved everything about this apartment but the best bit is the fantastic terrace. Even in early March the weather was perfect to enjoy breakfast and lunch there. The bed was so comfortable and the whole furnishings in every room were beautiful. Check in was easy informative and relaxing. The location could not be better to enjoy all the sights. All in all would highly recommend this apartment and will certainly choose to stay here again on our next trip to Seville

A lovely appartment with good facilities

Ludwig from Velo Appartments was on site to welcome us and gave us a very helpful run through of the facilities and warm wlecome. We had a lovely stay at this apartment but do think the towels and bedding need upgrading. The bath mat was very frayed and the towels thin. The sheets were clean but had become a bit grey from washing. Had the bath towels and bedlinen been of higher quality we would have rated it with five stars

Great location and fabulous patio

Very close to all the tapas bars and shops on Mateos Gago but on a nice, quiet side street. A pharmacy and grocery are just around the corner. The patio has lovely views of the cathedral. And the apartment is nicely appointed and very secure and comfortable. Wonderful choice.

Fantastic location,roof terrace great,apartment had everything you needed

I only gave it 4 stars due to the fact there seemed to be a lot of building work around the apartment ,and could get quite noisy, but hopefully this may get finished soon!otherwise a great place ,and great location to explore this beautiful city. The meet and greet was great ,was showed the best local eateries and bars,and everything went smooth.they were very professional as regards booking apartment,so to summarise a wonderful stay , only prob was building noise ,but they don’t work weekends

Great Terrace

Terrific apartment for a couple. Ideal location close to everything. Nicely furnished stylish apartment. Clean, well maintained. But terrace is the best part. It's very large, well furnished, looks out on all the sights. Beautiful day and night.
