The view was phenomenal, the bar staff were excellent and the reception staff were quite friendly, hence the 2 stars, but that’s where the praise stops unfortunately. We (couple, late 20s) were shocked when we were informed that pool use constituted spa use and would cost 35 euro per person, per day (so 70 euro for us to have a quick dip) - I’ve never experienced this in a hotel before. Our other main complaint is that our water jug was filled on arrival, but when I noticed it hadn’t been filled the following day, I called down to ask where the dispenser was on our floor. We were informed that ‘water is only complimentary on the day of arrival’ and that use of the minibar was required thereafter if you needed water in the middle of the night - which doesn’t seem in line with Spanish regulations regarding providing free water, and even if it does, it certainly doesn’t constitute basic service from my perspective. Cleaning service could have been more attentive (the shower gel in the shower was empty from day one so moved the bath shower gel into the shower, and our shower bottles weren’t refilled). Room is basic, so if you stay here, make sure to pay extra for the view as it’s the hotels main draw in.

The view from the 37th floor is unmatched. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very nice, it is within walking distance from Triana, which is a very authentic neighborhood, and has a great view of the Riverwalk from the bridge.

Misleading Description and Poor Management – Definitely Not a 5-Star Experience Staying at this hotel was an unpleasant experience. On our first night, we were locked out of the bedroom because the door separating it from the living room was broken. We spent most of the next day trying to get our room changed and finally succeeded, losing valuable vacation time in the process. When we asked for a credit for the first night, management refused to take responsibility and simply told us they would not offer any compensation or solution. Despite being advertised as a five-star hotel, the condition of the facilities and the level of service are far from five-star standards. The description is misleading, and the overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel

Probably the biggest scam in Seville. Stayed Oct 10–12 2025. The room had stained bedding and a broken safe; my wife got hives after sleeping there. We left early and booked another hotel. Also charged €25 for spa access, not disclosed at booking. Management refused a refund even after photos and complaint through Hotels.com. Nowhere near 5-star quality.
