Upstairs on the second floor, you will find two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.35 x 1.90 m) and another with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), as well as a full bathroom. From this floor, a staircase leads to a private terrace equipped with a small table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine, and another area with two sun loungers to relax in the Seville sunshine.

Lope de Rueda Street is one of the most beautiful streets in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, where you can experience the authentic essence of the city: narrow streets, whitewashed houses, balconies adorned with geraniums, and historic corners that seem to transport you over a thousand years back in time.

Santa Cruz a great site but there was a downside

The flat was great and the terrace was a great feature, but there was a sewage smell in the toilets, especially when showering.

El alojamiento, desde el portal al interior está sucio. Pero lo peor son los olores; huele muchisimo a cañeria, en los dos baños y en todo el apartamento. Este tema lo deberian solucionar, pues es muy desagradable e incomodo. No volveria a este apartamento ni lo recomendaria.
