Spacious and luxurious designer apartment in the heart of Seville
Brimming with life and the essence of Seville: the Guadalquivir river flowing nearby, the proverbial vibrancy of this popular area, alive with wine bars, restaurants and small shops, the Seville of bullfights and the historic centre.
The building houses four two-bedroom apartments, each accommodating four guests, which can be booked together if travelling in groups or as a large family.
Real de la Carretería III is a spacious and comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a thoughtful layout to make the most of the sun and light it receives all year round. For is it not an added bonus to contemplate Seville’s bright skies from the intimacy of your home?
The apartment has a large main living space, with a spacious sitting room and dining area overlooking the street through two balconies. Natural light streams in giving the whole a fresh, bright feel. The sitting room is separated from the entrance hall by a wooden screen which allows the light to flow through, and the interior is decorated in fresh grey-blue and taupe colours. The result is a natural, organic atmosphere, aided by the wooden floors, panelled walls, bamboo and natural textiles.
The sitting area is equipped with a sofa, two large contemporary designer chairs, two fibre and wool poufs around a coffee table, and a TV and reading area. The dining area has a large Eames-themed table seating four. Of note in this living area are the light fixtures, with numerous hanging and standing lights allowing you to create different atmospheres at will.
Following on from this is the kitchen, in clean, contemporary style, with large cupboards providing plenty of storage space and quality white goods. The materials used throughout are of the highest quality. A delight to spend hours in such a kitchen! And, of course, with Homing U you can be sure that you will find the best kitchenware, tableware and electrical appliances to make your stay all the more enjoyable. As we always say: we are your home away from home.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and bright and has its own balcony. It has a large, sumptuous double bed and generous dresser-wardrobe, in addition to an en-suite bathroom. Convenience and privacy guaranteed. Of note in the decoration are the truly original geometrically-shaped lamps hanging on either side of the bed, giving it a rather theatrical look. The bathroom has numerous designer details in taps and sanitaryware, a double basin, and spacious rainfall shower.
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, each with a bench at the end upholstered in a cheerful Kashmiri design. There is also, of course, plenty of storage space and a writing table. Next to this, a second bathroom equipped with shower.
El Arenal is currently one of the most fashionable and sought-after areas of Seville, and a strategic starting point for a visit around the city. Going along the river, enjoy a new perspective of the city as you follow the Guadalquivir from the Torre del Oro, or cross over to Triana on the other side; you can browse through narrow streets and charming squares as you go towards the Maestranza bullring, soaking in the atmosphere and enjoying the many wine bars and restaurants in the area; or walk towards historic Seville to visit the Cathedral, the Archive of the Indies, the Avenida de la Constitución or the Barrio de Santa Cruz. And, of course, at night the area is vibrant and lively, with a wide offer of leisure activities.
