"Ein einmaliger Ort - alle Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Die Ferienhäuser mit Außenküche, der Garten mit Pool und vor allem der Meeresblick haben alle - ob aus Bulgarien oder Bulgarienentdecker - begeistert. Auf dem Gelände sind aber noch viel mehr gut durchdachte und kreative Überraschungen zu entdecken. Abenteuer auf und am Meer durch den direkten Zugang zum einzigartigen Naturstrand, Surfen am nahen bewachten Strand, Obst/Gemüse aus dem Garten/vom kleinen Markt genießen, Ausflüge nach Varna und Rumänien, Angeln in Kavarna ... aber am liebsten mit Beinen im Pool aufs Meer schauen. Herzlichen Dank an alle Georgievs und Emil, die immer ansprechbar waren!"

"Wohnung ist Ok, nicht ganz sauber und die Kanäle stinken, wenn man nicht regelmäßig Wasser eingiest. Insgesamt ist die Immobilie in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.Pool ist schön groß. Möbel im Außenbereich könnten ein Upgrade Vertragen."
