Myself, my 9 year old, my parents, and my brother stayed for 10 days in Feb 2026. Overall, I wouldnât rebook. The MD, Ken, was proactive and responsive to our issues. He explained the prior guests were long-term and cleaners only had one day, but the condition still felt lacking.The beds were short-sheeted, and the shower liners were red and slimy with mold (replaced after complaint). Paint was massively peeling from ceilings and there were holes in tiles and walls. There were suspected mouse droppings (insect larvae?) in bedside tables and kitchen cupboards, so we rewashed every dish. Dirty knives were in the knife block. Garbage was under a bed and the TV unit, plus a year-old (!) pack of cookies in a cupboard. A lamp had a loose fitting (fixed after complaint). The sleeper sofa had a dirty mattress protector and no sheets, and we were short pillowcases (supplied after asking). We requested the 175 cleaning fee be waived and were refunded 30.One neighbor was arrested at 7am after a prior police visit, another neighbor complained about my child playing at 6pm. A watermain burst and we were without water for hours, asked the workers while heading to central toilets. The support team didnât know the pedestrian gate code so we got stuck until a car passed.Positives: amazing balcony views, some friendly residents, easy Roku TV, fast coin laundry, smooth self-check-in, reliable wifi, full-size fridge and good kitchen equipment, and effective air conditioning. /end
