Breakfast was very good, with a good variety rooms were in excellent condition it was more like an apartment than a hotel room with a fully functioning kitchen, washer/dryer, good size shower and very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was right on the river, short walk to the cable car and a short ride in a very cheap taxi to the metro network, would definitely go back and would highly recommend

The staff were helpful. The room was clean and well kept. I would just add coffee sachet, milk and sweetners in the room. This is an away from it all hotel suitable for Airport and Disney as they provide free transfers to both. The nearest metro station is a taxi ride away so if going to shanghai centre you would need this however it only costs £3-£5 in a taxi. Breakfast had a choice of Western and Chinese food.

Do not stay in this hotel if you want to get into central Shanghai - it is miles away from the subway & the only way in is the shuttle to the airport making it a 60 minute minimum commute into central Shanghai. Therefore, this hotel is NOT meant for a stay longer than a layover next to the airport. It is also *zero frills* --- You have to pay for *milk and coffee* and there was no fridge in our room... the plumbing facilities.... are also horrendous.... being told to not flush toilet paper down the toilet.... therefore, only recommended for a layover at the airport.

Really nice airport hotel with a free shuttle & breakfast & excellent staff. Rooms weren’t fancy but very clean with good AC , showers & fridge. Def recommend.

Hotel has a great location for Pudong Airport and Disney with free shuttles to both, rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are polite and will always assist you, metro into the city is easily accessible by DiDi cab and costs between £3-£5 depending on type of car. Food seems to be traditional Chinese breakfast to a good standard, would definitely recommend this hotel and will return if ever in Shanghai.

Airport and disney shuttle were great, disney shuttle could return a little later as you cannot see the fireworks and get back for 2200. Rooms clean and well kept, firm bed. A room safe is the only extra I would ask for. Staff very helpful and kind.

Airport shuttle is easy to find and punctual. Drivers are excellent. The only drawback about this hotel is WiFi connection is very poor. Otherwise five stars!
